Eating does not constitute a transgression, because permission is granted to eat without fault. For the unknowing, it should be understood that it is said that way considering the possibility of it constituting a transgression. Among those tormented by being bound by shackles, etc., whatever else there is, starting with shackles, such as illusion wheels, are shackles, etc. Being bound by them is being bound by shackles, etc., and being completely confined, that itself is suffering, and therefore one is tormented. What is it? It is said, "If one liberates sentient beings with a virtuous mind." Sentient beings refer to those who maintain life. If one liberates such sentient beings from shackles, etc., with a virtuous intention, it will constitute a transgression. This is an ellipsis in the sentence, and it should be understood as meaning a virtuous mind. It has already been explained, "Stealing the relics of the Victorious One with faith, is not," which indicates that if one steals with faith, it will constitute a transgression. Among them, devotion to the Bhagavan is devotion to him, because it is for the purpose of offering to him. Stealing because of need is because of offering to him with a devoted mind. Its substance is because of offering to him with a devoted mind itself. Therefore, if one steals, it will constitute the transgression of a fault. The word "and" does not only refer to the former, but also indicates that this will also constitute a transgression, serving as a concluding function. What is so special about the relics of the Buddha? It is said, "Invaluable," etc. Whatever cannot be measured in value is invaluable, and the relics of the Buddha are invaluable. The word "also" in it, with "this is this," indicates that the relics of the Buddha are invaluable. As the Sutra Pitaka says, "Gems are incomparable." Here, the relics of the Buddha are also pointed out. Like this, if one steals with the intention of offering to the Buddha, it will only constitute a transgression, and not a fundamental offense. Just like those situations that would constitute a transgression before, these will also constitute a transgression. To indicate this, the tone of "like that" is used.

Yes. And also collecting. 'Is' is the difference of confusion, made for the sake of killing deer and so on. Because it completely destroys, it is complete destruction, it should be understood as nets and so on. Nets and complete destruction are nets and complete destruction. Whatever other cause of killing sentient beings is done first, that should not be allowed, it becomes an offense. By what cause? It is said by the cause of compassion. Compassion is the love for sentient beings, the cause of that depends on that, therefore by the cause of compassion, nets and so on should not be allowed, like that those will become offenses, is the meaning of by the cause of compassion. Whatever birds and so on are headed by pigeons, those are pigeons and so on. Whatever is that's home, whatever destroys that, whatever is done first, whatever is burning with fire and so on, that is destroying nests and so on will become an offense, this is the remainder of the sentence. Among those, innocence should also be stated. Saying that those which are said to be offenses, among those, the innocence below should also be stated and shown, is the meaning of this. It is not only becoming an offense, but also not becoming a sin, 'also' is the meaning of 'also'. Trusting and knowing other words afterwards. Saying etc., shows not becoming a sin, whatever monk who takes without being given has no sin, that is not sinful, is this summary. What did you do? Said take, others take without giving, this is the remainder of the sentence. What is the difference in thinking? Said with a good heart, with a good heart itself, that is, away from the mind of stealing itself. What did you do? Said trusting and knowing other reasons afterwards, said trusting, not only those, however, to other ascetics, I will take this big pot, trusting and knowing like this, it is not having sin, is this meaning. Letting others know is to avoid bad disputes and the freedom of trust.
