The place of teaching should be known. From those who are not holy, taking clothes and so on, those who have no authority, should be prevented by words such as "clothes and so on." Those who have no authority over the object of giving, only do the work of protecting, and to those who are not for the purpose of giving, it is said so. From the unauthorized, that is, not the main purpose for giving clothes and so on, clothes and so on should not be taken. Whatever is gold and so on, with clothes as the first, is clothes and so on. Why? Because it has been said that "he is not the benefactor." The word "ni" means "for what reason." For what reason? Because it is not the main purpose for giving, therefore, not only the benefactor, but only the unauthorized, this is the remainder of the sentence. The word benefactor refers to the owner of the property. It should be understood that this word refers to when one can exercise power, then one can take it. If there is someone who can do things, who can give and receive, how should it be taken? If one is poor, it has been said that the patient should do things, and if there is no way to get medicine and so on, then it should be taken, that is the meaning. Because it is one's own, whoever holds it as "this is mine" should know that he is the one who does things. Who should take this? It has been said that the patient should take it, because the patient is not staying as usual. If he returns to normal, he should give it again. The one who wants to give is the one who wants to give again, and should be connected to "he should take it." The word "ni" means that it is different from the previous one, and the order is different. The word "again" means one's own, and "only" means that it must be grasped. In order to show that the patient should take medicine and so on from the property of the Tathagata, for those who lack medicine and wealth, it has been said that "he should be supported by the property of the Tathagata" and so on. This is the property of the Tathagata, so it is the property of the Tathagata, that is, ornaments and so on. He should also do the work of medicine. With what? It has been said that medicine and wealth.

Ground, being separated from wealth is to have become separated from wealth. Being called without wealth, because it is in between, so it is that disciplined one who does not possess wealth. Also, the word "also" means that first it is one's own work. If that is not there, then it is taken correctly. Now, if that is also not there, then it is from the wealth such as gold of the Thus-Gone One. If that is also not there, then it should be collected with the ornaments of the Thus-Gone One, this is what is taught. Not only for medicine, but also for that purpose, offerings and reverence should be made to the Bhagavan. One should also look at this matter. Because the action that has become naturally abiding is to say that it has become healed, etc. The thing of healing is healing itself, and when it becomes that, the wealth of the Thus-Gone One that has been taken should be repaid again. The word "ni" is the meaning of distinguishing from the previous one. The patient who is separated from wealth should take it and repay it after healing, this is certain for those who have wealth. If there is no wealth, then there is no fault for him. This refers to the one who has vows. Not existing is non-existence, even the way of begging is the last word, this is based on the premise that the son should rightfully have power over the father's wealth. The Bhagavan said that for the sake of the Sangha, land and fields should be taken completely, therefore, doubts arise about this, can the king's share arising from sins be begged in the Sangha's land? Or not? It says, "The one who speaks all the laws, such as the ten sins." Etc., sin is also that itself, and it is also ten, so it is ten sins. Those etc. are what, those are the ten sins etc., if those have arisen, if the king allows, then the king's share is to be taken. The king's share is the king's share, which the king obtained and gave from sins. The king's permission is the king's allowance, the Sangha's, meaning the equipment separated from going. The king's permission and the king's share etc. are a special collection. Those takings are also special, because they speak with Dharma, therefore that, is the remainder of the sentence. Here.
