Because it is not for the ordained. The Blessed One also said that householders are concerned and will miss the opportunity, but the ordained are without concern. If a patient says, "Give this to so-and-so," and if they are busy with other things, or forget and neglect to give, then how should it be handled? The patient urges giving, saying, "From..." It means, from urging to give this to this person, if they are busy, that is, other things are approaching, therefore neither the attendant nor anyone else gives. If that patient also dies, what should be done at that time? It says, "Even if dead, according to his words, the virtuous...", meaning, even if dead, according to his words. It means, according to the patient's words. His pile of wealth is his pile of possessions, because it is considered that it should not be distributed and there are concerns, so it is not a donation, so in terms of the pile of possessions, it should be donated by the virtuous ordained. If someone donates for the benefit of the Sangha, because there are so many virtuous ones, it is impossible to give to each one individually, so they are arranged in groups of ten, etc., if someone dies, then who owns his share? It says, "When distributing the property of one's own group...", meaning, the group in which one died is one's own group, and when distributing and dividing the property of that group, if a virtuous ordained person of one's own group dies. What is the difference? Because this person has not received a share, has not obtained it, so he has not received a share. Died, refers only to the one who has already died, not to the one who will die later. Otherwise, how can others become the owners of the virtuous one who has died? At that time, the group in which this person died owns his share, meaning the share of the dead, that is, the share obtained, will be owned by one's own group. The word "ཉིད་" is used to distinguish others.

If someone dies after receiving a share, who has the right to dispose of it at that time? It is stated in the scripture that if a share is received, it is the share of death. If one receives a share, that is, a portion, and then dies, because they have already died, it is the share of death. This "share" is only the implements of death, not of the Sangha, this is the meaning that must be clearly understood. The word "ni" has a meaning different from the previous statement, because it is the implements of death, it should be understood as indicating that all monks and nuns have the right to dispose of it. Therefore, if one dies before receiving a share, it belongs to the Sangha itself. If one dies after receiving a share, because it is only the implements of death, all monks and nuns have the right to dispose of it, this is the summarized meaning. Even from the perspective of fundamental distribution, if one dies only within the Sangha, they are not considered as a Sangha member who receives a share along with others. However, if a share has already been received, it should also be included, therefore it should also be understood that this indicates this point. If someone entrusts clothes or other items to another, who is the owner? It is stated in the scripture that entrusting clothes or other items to another, etc. "Another" refers to the situation of other precept holders. Clothes and other items refer to any clothes or other items. Clothes and other items are both items and entrusted, so it is said when entrusting clothes and other items. Similarly, it should be understood as other monasteries and villages, and should be connected to entrusting to any ordained person. Whoever it is entrusted to, it belongs to them, because it is theirs, it belongs to them, this is a clear grasp and an explanation of another order. The word "ni" means that the order of entrusting items is like this, distinguishing it from the previous statement. If they don't want it, who is the owner? If, when entrusting, the person receiving the entrustment does not want it, it should be connected in this way. Whatever clothes and other items are entrusted, they are disposed of by the entruster, that is, the owner, this is a summary statement. If he also does not want it, that is, I have given it to him, treat clothes and other items in this way
