Therefore, (food) should not be placed in fever and other diseases. The mention of "with grass" is to exclude harm caused by fever, etc., not to determine that only (food) with green grass must be taken. Grass refers to green grass. Just as lice, etc., should be discarded, the mention of "fierce, etc." is because of any other incarnations, etc. The sins, etc., created by the initial incarnation are snakes, etc. If asked what the difference is, it is that "harmers" are mentioned, because harm causes suffering, so they are harmers. And the so-called "their own places" refers to any place that is not their own range of activity, such as an ant nest for a snake. They should be moved separately so that they can be liberated. What kind of giving controls (them)? Now, in order to point out what was said earlier, the (actions) accompanied by faults should be explained. The mention of "this last one" is because this is the last one, that is, other people, and the fault of becoming the last is pointed out by "who thinks of people as people," etc. This is also a fault, that is, there is no confusion and there is a murderous heart, etc., which is said along with the explanation, and the explanation is a detailed explanation. Now, what is to be explained is that later it also belongs to killing, that is, it belongs to the category of killing sentient beings. It should be explained that this will become a fault of intention. The so-called "how" is to indicate closely. So, what are the things that belong to this category? "The sick person," etc., are mentioned, and the sick person is someone who is afflicted by illness. Poison and weapons are poison and weapons. Giving these, similarly, any unsuitable drinks, etc., are unsuitable drinks, etc. Suitable is beneficial and appropriate, and unsuitable is inappropriate. Giving these is called correct giving. If a sick person tormented by feelings asks for poison or weapons, then if given with pure thought and intention, know that there is no fault. Conversely, it is a fundamental fault.

It should be so, and it should be applied to other things as well. If asked how to administer medicine to a patient, then it is mentioned "elderly" and so on. There are two types of elderly: one who has recovered from illness, and one who has been educated. If asked what the difference is, it refers to someone who is skilled in medicine and can completely pacify the disease. The particle "ནའི་" means that for someone who has become like that, it is determined by the question itself. It should be considered that "and the doctor" the "and" is the meaning of collecting other sequences. Medicine should be administered to a patient who is tormented by disease, but not just like that. Regarding the phrase "his nurse is foolish," it should be understood as follows: just as certain patients should not be given poison, etc., foolish people, that is, those who are ignorant and do not know what is beneficial and what is not. Do not appoint such a nurse to serve, because he does not know what should be done and what should not be done. Should it not be appointed in any case? No, it says here "if there is not," which means that if there is, it refers to the existence of someone who is skilled in medicine. Non-existence refers to the situation from "no" to "does not appear." If it does not exist, the foolish nurse should be well admonished and taught, telling him what should be done and what should not be done, but know that he does not have the ability to understand. Do not speak such Dharma to the patient, here the "Dharma" that is said, although it is not Dharma, but it is said in the name of Dharma, and insists on its own characteristics, because speaking Dharma will cause his heart to die, meaning that the idea of death arises in the heart, which will inevitably lead to death. Do not speak that kind of Dharma in front of the patient, that is, do not speak. For example, for a patient who is disciplined or immoral, as long as he is alive, the body will suffer, and death will bring happiness such as the heavenly realms, accumulate much merit and have no sins, etc., do not teach the Dharma to the patient in order like this. If you want to say it, how should you say it? Here, "longevity" and so on are mentioned, until "should be said and instructed to the patient." How
