Taking vows, complete abandonment is called downfall. Corresponding to downfall is disrespect towards one's own guru, and so on. Therefore, those with self-awareness should cherish the Khenpo like their own eyes, serve them with reverence, and make offerings. One should take care of defecation, urination, and brushing teeth oneself. Except for prostrating to the Buddha image within the boundary and drinking water, all matters should be done after seeking permission. Add the phrase "Everything should be done after asking the guru," meaning that nothing should be done without asking the guru. Generally, the exceptions are defecation, urination, brushing teeth, prostrating to the stupa within the boundary, and drinking water. After waking up earlier than the guru, wash your face and prostrate to the Sugata. Then, prostrate to the guru with reverence, bow and ask if their body is well. After receiving permission for what to do, sweep around their residence. Then, make a mandala to the Buddha image and circumambulate with devotion and respect. Earlier than the guru,

Sung-wang said: One should also say "A-rog-gya." When approaching, one should prostrate. If it is inconsistent with approaching the vicinity of the one to be prostrated to, then at that time, one should only prostrate to him and use it. One should not prostrate to others, this is his teaching. The inconsistent ascetic should also, in front of the teaching of the Protector of the Three Realms, say "A-rog-gya." Otherwise, one would transgress the teaching to both. When an old and frail old person faints, and when a householder faints, one should say "Wake up." When a young person faints, one should say "A-rog-gya." When an old person faints, one should prostrate with words. When an old and frail old person faints, one should say "Wake up." When a householder faints, one should also say "Wake up." Because the Buddha said, monks, they like to live. When a young person faints, one should say "A-rog-gya." When an elder other than a very old person faints, one should prostrate with words. Here, there are two kinds of respectful prostrations: prostration with five limbs and the nature of embracing from the buttocks. In the dark, one should not prostrate to the lama by touching the head to the ground. Mentioning the lama is just an example, one should not prostrate like that to others either. One should prostrate with words, here the text says one should do the longing of Brahma. If some precept-holders are making precepts, one should not prostrate, and he should not prostrate either. One should not prostrate to one who has not washed the impure path, one should not prostrate to one wearing one garment, one should not prostrate to one with food, one should not prostrate to one who is offered food in front, one who is moving, one should not prostrate to one who is at home, one who has broken precepts, and one who is naked. Others should also not prostrate, but always one should prostrate to two kinds of people: the Sugata and the old person. One should not prostrate to all other foolish people. Others should also not prostrate to them. One should not prostrate to one who is washing the impure path. One should not prostrate to one wearing one garment. One should not prostrate to one with food. Thus.

Therefore, offering food in front, and the behavior of beggars and householders, as well as those who break vows and the naked, and many others who should not be prostrated to. In short, there are only two to be prostrated to: the Bhagavan Sugata, and the elder monks who diligently keep their vows. Because those later ones are not elder monks, one should not prostrate to other deities in mantra. One should prostrate by bowing to the Three Jewels, and then recite the mantras made by others. When reciting mantras, one should not prostrate to other deities, because they are not elder monks who hold vows. Then, how should one recite the mantras made by them? It is said: For example, like "Namo Ratna Trayaya Guru Kulleye," one should offer by bowing to the Three Jewels, and then recite the mantras made by other deities. If someone takes refuge in the Buddha who is worthy of refuge, but goes to respectfully prostrate to others, that person is mocking the signs of the Shakya lineage, and the food of the country they eat is like burning ashes. If someone takes refuge in the Buddha, but from the depths of their heart prostrates to other deities, then such a person's behavior is mocking the attire of the noble Shakyas, and the food of the country they eat is like burning embers, because their actions and thoughts are contrary to each other. In the commentary on the novice monk's precepts, the thirteenth article, which is consistent with violating the guru's instructions, is completed here. After that, situations arise that are contrary to the precepts, such as disrespecting the Three Jewels, and similarly, not residing for more than five days, or abandoning harmony, etc. From here onwards, all the precepts are consistent with violations, such as disrespecting the Three Jewels, and similarly, not residing for more than five days. Here, if he starts looking for a place to stay, then the gains of not staying for five days are allowed. If he does not look, then it is not allowed from the first day. The meaning of the word "or" is a different meaning. Here, the text is from the root text, for how long can one not reside to start accumulating wealth? Only five days around the vicinity, and that is also looking for a place to stay.
