Because the Blessed One enjoys the good color of yellow, and because "turmeric juice" is generally proclaimed, and because those eight great colors are specifically prohibited. Then, wouldn't the eight great colors be specifically indicated? If that were the case, then because the Blessed One enjoys it, is there no fault because the Śephālikā flower is not the color of saffron? The Blessed One's enjoyment is not a reason, because it is due to discipline. Nails should be trimmed like the edge of a small ax and a razor, and should not be in any other shape.
