The time between is the time. The sound of one's own region should also be combined with the dawn. Starting from the dawn of one's own region, after that time called 'until noon of one's own region' has passed, any bhikshu who eats what is suitable to eat is eating balls of iron of transgression. The transgression itself is the food of iron balls, thus combining the words. Saying 's' indicates plurality, to show that each mouthful is a transgression. In the Vibhaṅga, it says, 'There are two kinds of non-time: from before dawn until after noon.' This is because it is said without distinction, so here dawn is mentioned generally. In the foundation of the training of closing the doors, dawn is considered specific, so the divisions are made into three kinds: There are three dawns. The first dawn appears blue. The middle dawn appears yellow. The last dawn appears red.' Having spoken extensively, it is said, 'In this meaning, it is considered to be the last dawn.' Because it is said that way, therefore, because of this, this considers that other than in the Closing the Doors, only the first dawn is accepted, so the first dawn is mentioned. So, what is the time when dawn appears? For a while, In the foundation of establishing the Uposatha, it says, 'The monk arrived at the last watch of the night, the night near the beating of the drum, arrived at the extent of the time when dawn appears, now it will not be long before dawn appears, Blessed One, please recite the Pratimoksha Sutra.' The last watch is the third part of the night. 'Arrived' means met. It should be understood that the last one is the time when dawn appears. That time is definitely stated by the Blessed One using the night as an example, because in the Vibhaṅga it says, 'When the first dawn rises, the sky appears blue. When the middle dawn rises, it appears yellow. When the last dawn rises, it appears red.' It was not indicated by clocks and so on, because it is difficult to find clocks and so on everywhere. If the sun has not risen but dawn appears, then is it designated as day? It is said: Because there is appearance.
