བར་དུ་བསྐྲད་ཀྱང་འདུག་པར་ བྱའོ། །གང་ཞིག་ཆོས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་མ་ཡིན་ལ་ཟང་ཟིང་གིས་ཀྱང་སྡུད་པར་མི་བྱེད་ན་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ལ་བཟློག་ཏུ་ཟིན་ཀྱང་ལྟ་ཡང་མི་ལྟ་བར་འགྲོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ལྟ་བུ་ཡིན་ནོ། །རང་ངམ་གཞན་ནམ་གཉིས་ཀས་སྐྱེ་བོ་ལ། །འདྲེ་སྐད་མི་སྙན་པ་དག་མི་བྱའོ། །མི་སྡུག་མ་ཆེ་པ་གཙིགས་པའི་སྐད་དག་གིས། །གལ་ཏེ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་བྱེད་ན་ཉེས་པ་མེད། །བདག་ཉིད་མ་གཞན་གྱིས་སྲོག་ཆགས་རྣམས་ལ་འདྲེ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྐད་མི་སྙན་པ་དག་གིས་འཇིགས་པ་དག་བསྐྱེད་པར་མི་བྱའོ། །གལ་ཏེ་ཕན་པའི་ཕྱིར་བཞིན་མི་སྡུག་པ་མཆེ་བ་གཙིགས་པ་བསྡིགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ལ་ཟ་བར་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པས་བསྡིགས་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཉེས་པ་མེད་དོ། །འདི་བསད་པའི་ཕྱོགས་དང་མཐུན་པ་ཡིན་ཡང་ཚིག་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་འདིར་བཀོད་དོ། །ཡལ་གཟུགས་འཆའ་དང་མནའ་དང་མི་སྨྲར་བཅས། །དེ་བཀག་ཡིན་པས་ལམ་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ན། །མི་སྨྲ་ཉིད་དམ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཏམ་བྱ་ཡི། །བུད་མེད་སོགས་གཏམ་ཚུལ་མི་མཐུན་མི་བྱ། །ཡལ་གཟུགས་འཆའ་བ་དང་མནའ་དང་ཅང་མི་སྨྲ་བ་མི་བྱའོ། །ལམ་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ན་ཅང་མི་སྨྲ་བས་ལམ་དུ་འཇུག་པར་བྱ་བ་འམ། འཁོར་བ་ལས་སྐྱོ་བ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་གཏམ་དག་བྱའི། བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་གཏམ་དང་དམག་གི་གཏམ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནི་མི་བྱའོ། །བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་གཏམ་འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་བ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཏམ་དུ་གཏོགས་པ་ཉིད་ཡིན་པས་དེའི་ཕྱིར་ཚུལ་དང་མི་མཐུན་ཞེས་བྱེ་བྲག་ཏུ་ཕྱེ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། འདིར་བྱུང་བ་ནི་གནོད་སྦྱིན་འཕྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ངལ་སོས་གུས་པས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཚིགས་བཅད་གདོན། །མཚན་མོ་འདུག་ན་རྒྱུད་གསུམ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །འོན་ཏེ་གཞན་གྱི་ལྷ་ཡི་གནས་དག་མཐོང༌། །དེར་ནི་སེ་གོལ་གཏོགས་ཏེ་ཚིགས་བཅད་གདོན། །སྡོམ་བརྩོན་འགྲོན་ལམ་གྱི་ནང་དུ་ངལ་བསོས་ནས་གུས་པས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཚིགས་བཅད་གདོན་ཏོ། །གང་དུ་མཚན་མོ་གནས་འཆའ་བར་བྱེད་ན་དེར་རྒྱུད་གསུམ་པ་གདོན་ཏོ། །ཕྲན་ཚེགས་ལས་གང་ལ་རྒྱུད་གསུམ་པ་མེད་པ་དེས་ནི་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་གི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་བཏོན་ནས་འགྲོ་བར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་འབྱུང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནི་ཕོངས་ན་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་པས་མདོར་མ་བྱས་སོ། །འོན་ཏེ་ཡང་ལམ་གྱི་བར་དུ་མི་སྟེགས་ཅན་གྱི་ལྷའི་གནས་དག་མཐོང་ན་དེར་སེ་གོལ་གཏོགས་ཏེ། བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པའི་ཚིགས་སུ་ བཅད་པ་གདོན་ཏོ། །གཞན་ཡང༌། མཛའ་བོ་དབྱེ་དང་རྩུབ་པའི་ཚིག་དང་ནི། །སྐྱོན་ནས་སྨྲ་བ་ལ་སོགས་སྤང་བར་བྱ། །ཕྲ་མ་དང་ཚིག་རྩུབ་མོ་དང༌། མིའི་སྐྱོན་ན

One's own or another's, one should not create fear in living beings with unpleasant sounds such as ghosts. If, for the sake of benefit, one makes an unpleasant, snarling threat, such as "I will eat you," then there is no fault. Although this is in accordance with the aspect of killing, it is listed here because it is related to the words. It is forbidden to make ghost faces, swear oaths, and remain silent. Therefore, when walking on the road, one should either remain silent or speak Dharma words. Do not speak of women or other inappropriate things.
