Then, if the body makes others understand the meaning, will there be no downfall? No, it won't. For example: Although the way of "falsehood" is speech, if the meaning of speech is transformed, even if the body can make people understand, it is a misdeed, but it is minor. Just like there is no intervention of speech here. If "falsehood" is defined as speech, even if the meaning that speech can make people understand, the body can also make people understand, therefore it is itself a downfall of misdeed. However, it is minor, because there is no intervention of speech here. The basis of the downfall of falsehood is defined as speech. Here, the scripture asks: If a monk says that he heard from seeing, it will lead to downfall. If the body makes people understand the meaning, and the speech does not speak, then a misdeed will arise. Therefore, for seeing, hearing, and doubt, one should also speak in the same way. So, what are their definitions? What one knows oneself is seeing. What is heard from trust is hearing. Grasping uncertain signs is doubt. There is no fault in speaking with these bases. Among them, the basis that one fully understands through direct perception or inference is called seeing. What is understood from a trustworthy, that is, a non-deceiving person, is hearing. Seeing uncertain signs is doubt. For example, in a dense forest, a woman went in, or the wine also decreased, and a monk also came out from there, etc., all of this is explained as doubt. Therefore, these three are the basis for establishing terms in the Vinaya. If one speaks without a basis, it will lead to the downfall of falsehood. Moreover, the nature of slander will become a greater fault. Similarly, derived from one Vinaya, the downfall that generally arises from a person is the greatest fault of all, because it is slander in an untrue way. Furthermore: Whatever others ask, one should say that. Do not say other different things because you want to harm. If the executioner asks about the escaped person to be executed, then one should say this to him at that time. Whatever others ask, one should say that.

Ra byung. Do not disclose to others due to arrogant thoughts. However, when an executioner is chasing someone who is escaping execution, if someone asks whether someone has passed this way, one should answer like this: Come here, point to a fingernail or look up at the sky, truly, I have not seen your body. In order to completely protect those who have been harmed, there is no fault in speaking through concealment. Like this, through hinting, to completely protect from harm, there is no fault in disclosing to others. Rely on the detailed classifications that belong to false speech. Now, speak about aspects related to false speech. In this way, the classifications belonging to false speech have been shown. Now, aspects related to false speech will be spoken, and these aspects should also be regarded as including not answering, etc. Therefore, if asked, one should answer in accordance with the Dharma, and should not remain silent out of arrogance. If asked, one should answer according to the Dharma, and should not remain silent out of arrogance. The teachings of the Lama, Khenpo, King of Men, as well as the Buddha, Sangha, and Elders, after examination, should be carried out according to wisdom, meaning, and words. If it does not conform to the Dharma, then communication should be made. The Lama is the teacher. The Khenpo is indicated by his own words, namely the King, the Teacher, the Elders of the Sangha, the teachings of these five, if they conform to the Dharma, should not be disobeyed. If it does not conform to the Dharma, then one should communicate in a way that conforms to the Dharma, such as "I cannot do it." If the word "should do" is needed in reason, it is because, if the teachings of the Khenpo and teacher do not conform to the Dharma and are not accepted, then even if one violates the teachings, there is no fault. As it is derived from one Vinaya, if the Khenpo and teacher gather with the Dharma and not with material things, then for such people, one should examine them separately and abide. If they gather with material things and not with the Dharma, then for such people, one should examine them separately and leave. If the Khenpo and teacher gather with Dharma and material things, then for such people, for a lifetime
