Being suppressed by the law of shame and thus giving rise to regret. The Blessed One taught: Bhikshus, because of knowing shame, there is no attachment everywhere, so there is no downfall, but it will become a smaller gross offense. Here also, it should be understood that doing something that causes harm, because there is no attachment everywhere, it will become a gross offense. All limbs can be accepted. This refers to the question: Venerable, what kind of woman does a man commit impure conduct with that will lead to the final downfall? It refers to being able to grasp all the limbs with the hand. The same should be said for the case of becoming an animal. If all the limbs cannot be grasped, then the offense becomes a gross offense. If that is the case, then being cut off at the waist will not lead to the final downfall, because all the limbs cannot be grasped. Similarly, one's own long penis and the soft parts of the back, because they are not in the same place, it is impossible to grasp all the limbs. This is not so, because all the downfalls of sexual pleasure that arise from the limbs are included in the word "all." For example, the penis and the waist, and the soft parts that are considered sentient beings, no matter how they are embraced, should be understood as not being like the appearance of non-reproductive holes in the lower body. External limbs, such as hands, are not. Like this, if there is no penis, it is said to be a minor offense; if it is done with the penis, it is said to be a gross offense. Touching the waist is also the same; cutting off a woman's penis and inserting it is said to be a gross offense. If there are no soft parts that are considered sentient beings, it is also a minor offense. In the Vinaya Matters, a bhikshu saw a statue made of wood, with a handsome face, pleasing to the eye, and beautiful. Seeing it, he developed a desire, thinking: I want to insert it. So he caused harm to the wound, and the statue also opened its vagina, and then he felt regret. The Blessed One taught: If you touch with all the limbs, you will fall to the end. If you only touch with the sexual organ, it will become a smaller gross offense. Only the sexual organ

Thus it is done. The remainder is merely the absence of softness considered as sentient beings, which is a term. Even relying on the accumulating nature of the lower body's orifices, it is small. For example, if the head is cut off, the term "coarse" appears. Here, even if there is softness considered as sentient beings in the mouth, nevertheless, because it is separated from the body, like a separated female sexual organ, it is still considered as accumulation, therefore it is considered coarse. Therefore, being cut at the waist, etc., or even one's own wound, will not ultimately turn into ashes and disappear. Others say that "through all limbs" means all parts of the body. The source here is from the Vinaya: A woman who was cut by a stick was drawing water, and a monk saw the shape of the limb that was cut by the stick. Having seen it, he became completely attached, and he touched the shape of the limb with the shape of the limb, and then he felt regret. The Blessed One said: There is no defeat, but it becomes worse. Like this, here, since there is no grasping of all the limbs, it is considered to become worse. Being cut at the waist, etc., because there are also differences in corpses, and there is nothing incomplete to rely on, it itself is its essence. For both the long penis and the soft back, there is indeed a difference between what is relied upon and what relies. Like this, the part that relies is different, and the part that is relied upon is also different, so it is explained. Still others say that the phrase "touched the shape of the limb with the shape of the limb" does not seem to refer only to the touch of insertion. What then? It is merely external touch. Otherwise, how could one understand that the pores of the limb would exceed that extent? Because such contact is impossible when cut by a stick. Therefore, it is not a source. Being cut at the waist, etc., the difference in corpses itself will occur, which itself is also to be proven, so it is explained. Yes, it is like this, there is also softness considered as sentient beings.
