Now it is so, otherwise it is not. Due to poverty and lack of wealth, the Tathagata's possessions can also be used for medical treatment. If healed, it should be repaid. If there is no financial means, there is no fault. If a patient is poor and lacks wealth, even the ornaments of the Buddha and other items can be exchanged for medicine. When is the time to be healed, then the item should be considered for repayment. If there is no financial means, what should be done at that time? The answer is: If there is no financial means, there is no fault. Because there is no financial means, there will be no fall no matter when it is repaid. Here, the basis is the basis of clothing. Therefore, a monk should not abandon the patient while practicing Brahmacharya, but should arrange a caregiver. If the caregiver does not have medicine, he should ask and let the benefactors accept it truthfully. If it is not successful, the work of the Sangha should be given. However, if it is not successful, it should be given from the inexhaustible wealth of the Buddha. If it still does not succeed, it should be taken from the Tathagata's stupa or the umbrella or banner of the incense room or the bad ornaments or any ornaments, and given by the Sangha. The caregiver should also sell it and make offerings. Offerings should also be made to the teacher. After healing, it should be said: These things of the Buddha have been done for your needs. If he has financial means, he should try to repay it. If there is no financial means, the offerings that have been made are very good offerings, because it is the treasure of freedom, so there should be no regrets, so it is said. Fifth chapter. The judgments of village laws, etc., are declared by those who possess the Dharma. The king's share should be taken, and the king's gift should be accepted. If disputes arise about this, do not appoint a precept holder, this is the teaching of the teacher. Here, the basis is: Therefore, the king's share should be taken, and gifts should be given, etc. What arises from the judgments of village laws, etc., and is declared by those who possess the Dharma, is governed by the king, and rice and wealth, etc., are the king's share. Therefore, the judgments of village laws, whatever is declared by those who possess the Dharma, the wealth produced by that judgment should be taken by the king. Boatman
