So it is. Then, precisely because there is no receiving, there is no taking what is not given, just as the sound of the north is unpleasant. If a thieving mind arises, the offense becomes serious, because the actual discriminations gather the limbs. Except for the charnel ground or the king's alms. This refers to the fact that if the item is not from the charnel ground or the king's alms, that is the meaning of the term. Here, the Vinaya states: Monks taking ungiven clothes from a charnel ground that has an owner, and evil people saying: Venerables, all the mending work we do is for this, are you going to steal my clothes? They mock them in this way. The Blessed One taught: A monk should not take clothes from a charnel ground that has an owner. If someone takes it, they will commit a serious offense. And so on. Some say that there are two types of charnel grounds: one that is claimed as one's own, saying, "This is mine alone," and another that is certain to be obtained through the receiving of the place. Here, they believe that stealing what is claimed as one's own will lead to a downfall, while stealing what is certain to be obtained is considered a serious offense. Certain to be obtained refers to through mending and so on. Therefore, those items that evil people are certain to obtain are actually owned. So, will what is certain to be obtained also fail like gambling? That is not possible, gambling is like borrowing, it is something that can be repaid. The things of the charnel ground are impoverished, so they should be given away, and for this purpose, they are mercilessly made to do mending and so on. Therefore, it is for the receiving of the place. Even if it is certain to be obtained, since those who are qualified to obtain it have not received the item, there is no thought of possession, saying, "This is mine," therefore it is shown that this is a minor downfall. The teacher says that if that is the case, then it could be established merely by the word "possessed," so saying "the person of the charnel ground" would be meaningless. Therefore, destruction.

The basis is that the items of the cemetery are inferior, because the obvious aversion is very weak, so in order to explain that it will become a gross downfall, it is said to be a cemetery dweller. It should be understood that when the items are complete, it is small. Unowned alms means not owned, for example, when giving to a novice monk, the bhikshu includes it, like receiving. Here, the text comes from the Vinaya: A bhikshu took unowned rice porridge alms, and the Blessed One said: It will become a gross downfall. Similarly, for flour alms, barley porridge alms, cooked food alms, etc., it will also become a gross downfall, until the end. Why doesn't it change in the end? Here it is explained: For wealth like Nana-ka, there will be attachment, but it is not like that for food, because the intention is weak. Therefore, due to worldly terms, only gross faults will appear, not because the value is incomplete, because it is not said to calculate the value, etc. It is also not because it is not for others, nor because it is not said for others, nor because it will not become stealing, but because it is taken without ownership. The so-called "thought" means that a downfall does not arise from not thinking. Here, the text comes from the Vinaya: A bhikshu took torn clothes without permission, and when he opened it, a valuable goat wool fabric appeared from inside, and he regretted it, and the Blessed One said: The value of the torn clothes should be calculated, etc. The so-called "that itself" means that if it is only that which is manifested. Not thinking because of a similar illusion is not, this is the concluding statement. Here, the text comes from the Questions: Venerable bhikshu wants to steal clothes made by a carpenter, what will happen if he steals sewing cloth? He said: It will become a gross downfall. Then, even if that was not thought of, if it is indeed so, but still there is the thought of "this is stealing", so it is thought
