One who has entered the assembly should not act on their own or instruct others to act, as this is a cause for increasing samsara. However, if they do, it becomes a downfall. For the sake of making offerings, one should not say to play music or sing, but when the lords of gods and non-gods touch the ground with their feet, one should say to make offerings to the Buddha. Singing to proclaim the Dharma is not a fault, and proclaiming the qualities of the teacher is the same. If one does not know how to sing for the sake of the true Dharma, one should go to a solitary place and diligently study. Blowing the lips, dancing, and so on are all in accordance with the world. Like birds sneaking around, going far away, jumping upwards, making offerings, running, and so on, these are causes for play, so they should be forbidden. If noble ones laugh, they should not show their teeth, nor should they make loud noises. With the hand or the edge of the Dharma robe, they should cover their mouth well and laugh. If a doctor examines the pulse, or for the sake of instruction, swimming in a solitary place is also without fault. In a place where there are no women or where soldiers are bathing, if there is a risk of entering, one should avoid it from afar. Abandoning singing, dancing, and so on is the sixth training ground. If one applies perfume, flower garlands, and so on, as well as body color and colors, holding them on the body, which is an impure vessel, the ignorant one will be tormented by the downfall itself. Sitting on the three robes and on the clothes, trimming nails, applying eye medicine, moistening the lips, except for removing itching, dragging limbs, etc., on bricks and rubble is a downfall. A sick person may smear in a hidden place, to prevent the world from becoming unbelieving. If those with vows apply perfume to their feet, they should wash it where the benefactor cannot see it. Noble ones smell the fragrance of flowers, thinking it is pleasing, for the benefit of the eyes, not with a mind of desire. Now is the time for incense and other things that are in accordance with the world, one should not look at one's face in water, etc. If one looks at the condition of the body before and after, and at wounds, there will be no downfall. For the sake of making offerings, wearing painted silk threads, etc., all loose things should be abandoned. To pacify epidemics, etc., on the left arm, one should hold threads, etc., with mantras, etc. After being free from epidemics, untie the thread and place it in a clean place. Those who strive for vows should hold an umbrella and

I will not do it. It is also forbidden to hang it in the village. What is made of leaves is also a bamboo umbrella. The handle is also said to be the size of the umbrella. Abandoning incense and so on is the seventh training. Sleeping on tall beds, misdeeds will surely bring misfortune. A height of more than one cubit is considered tall. Bed legs decorated with jewels and the like are very ornate. For high cushions adorned with the light of jewels, one should think that this is conditioned phenomena, which will perish. Ascending it and proclaiming the Dharma is to be given, because it is the Sugata's Dharma offering. Even if a householder offers it illuminated by the light of jewels, one should abide by contemplating impermanence. In the abodes of yakshas, shrines, and dragon palaces, there is no fault in abiding with diligence in vows. Tall beds and the like also include sleeping during the day. If one suffers from a sleep disorder, a short rest is allowed. Except for being sick, having business, or having servants, ascetics are prohibited from sleeping in the dark. It is inappropriate to sleep without a bedding. In the center of the village, the mattress is not made of leather. In the house, only the mattress is allowed. In remote areas of the village, both are allowed. The skins of elephants, horses, tigers, lions, monkeys, and cats are also not allowed. One should not carry leather shoes, wool, zha and munja mats, and things made of grass and the like. In the upper floors of temples, residences, corridors, etc., one should not always wear wooden shoes. There is no fault in not arranging the direction of the toilet and urination rooms, as well as the interior of the house, in order. A leper should avoid the beds of the Sangha, etc., and the same goes for gatherings with the Sangha. In a place without the Sangha and people, place it and take care of it with medicinal formulas. The sick attendant should also understand that it is difficult to find the living for all the sick, and strive for it except for the self-nature fault, and also take care of it with the prescribed fault. Abandoning tall beds and the like is the eighth training. From the time the first light of dawn appears in one's own region, until noon, this is the time to eat. If one eats food that should not be eaten beyond this time, one will commit a sin and eat food like iron pellets. If a burp comes out with food, one should throw it away and diligently wash one's face. If, due to the power of karma, one has two throats, one cannot do as one pleases like the owner of an ox. If
