should also be used. If monks want to pour water or the like for women, they should not give it regularly, nor should it be entirely out of attachment. The holes in the door panels, as well as the water holes set up below, and those with windows and steps, are all facilities of large monasteries. In order to block rain and wind, what is pressed from above is a lump of soil mixed with grass and mud, between two or three pieces. If more than this amount is placed, it will definitely constitute a cause of downfall. There is no fault in making everything out of bricks or stones, or all out of wood. Those who possess discipline, uphold the precepts and are learned, such as abbots or regents, and those whose bodies possess perfect words, can expel the defilements of the bhikkhunis. For those who possess these five qualities, those appointed by the Sangha can ordain bhikkhunis, otherwise it is a downfall. The Sutra Pitaka, the Vinaya Pitaka, the Abhidhamma Pitaka, and the meanings related to them, are well explained, and by guiding as instruction, it is declared without dispute. The words taught by the abbot, and what is approved by the Sangha of the Noble Ones, again, this other teaching, is also declared for the second time. Bhikkhuni Sangha, are you all pure? Ask. For those who show you, no bhikkhu is interested. Because of the fear of falling into the three lower realms, how can one not violate what has been learned? Sisters, in the teaching of the Able One, always strive diligently and cautiously. With compassion towards sentient beings to be tamed, those who are tamed are the kingdom. Therefore, this is good, called the Bhikkhu King. If you want to ordain, also appointed by those who have precepts, before the sun, as the eye of the world, has not set. If at sunset there is an idea, or there is doubt, the teaching and subsequent exposition will be exhausted, and will be fully in accordance with the cause of downfall. If at sunset there is an idea, or there is doubt, one will surely be touched by the possession of sins, and will experience great suffering. At the door or near the door, if it rains, ordaining for a very long time, even if the sun sets, there will be no downfall. The wise ones among the bhikkhunis should serve their gurus as much as they can. Increase their joy and merit.

Also used by the lama. With a mind tainted by the stain of jealousy, A monk who reviles him, Incited by all the transgressions, Is causing the fire of hell to blaze. Or, desiring material things, Controlled only by craving, If giving instructions with truthful words, There is no fault for the speaker. If a non-relative bhikkhuni, Makes robes, it is a downfall.
