This commentary is a general explanation of these two sutras. Whoever can cut it off, that is the end of the teaching. When saying to a woman, "Practicing impure conduct," if the words "impure" have been spoken, but the word "conduct" has not been spoken, but the first half has been said, if the woman understands it as practicing impure conduct, it becomes a remaining offense. If the meaning contained therein is spoken, it does not refer to sexual intercourse. Even if one does not say "practicing impure conduct," but speaks obscurely, if the woman understands it as practicing impure conduct, it is still a gross offense. Praise, such as praising the woman's mouth, buttocks, and vagina as beautiful and soft; belittling, such as saying that these three places are smelly, ugly, and empty; begging, such as enticing the woman's three places, or the woman herself taking the initiative to come; closely begging, such as when a man and woman are together, the opportunity to meet is also rare, or asking, "Are you two together?"; asking, such as directly asking the woman, "How are those places of yours?"; universally asking, such as asking, "Are two children happy together?"; stating, such as saying to a woman, "I trust you and like you, do you like me?"; admiring, such as saying, "When can you and I associate and meet together?"; anger, such as saying to the vagina, "Red, hollow, flat, stick a torch in here!"; refuting, or calling by name, in any case, if the woman refutes me, and I refute back, there is no difference in each word. In any case, if I speak, or the woman asks, and I answer, and speak with obscene words, it becomes a remaining offense. If there are no obscene words, whatever is said is a gross offense. The situation of no falling is when considering the customs and meanings of the local language. If I did not think of speaking vulgar words in my local language, but spoke for other meanings, but it became obscene words in other local languages, then there is no offense. An Indian bhikshu went to the upper country of Kosala, and because there was no "Kunti," he begged for "Kunti" from a married couple, in the language of Kosala, "Kunti"...

Calling "vulva" is equivalent to teasing, hence the precepts are established. This also includes cases where the names are similar. If expressing other meanings, there is no fault even if words similar to teasing appear at the beginning or end of the sentence. That is, speaking in teasing words means distinguishing. Speaking in teasing words, the Sangha's residue comes from the Sutra that appears in the Vinaya Differentiation. Saying "fullness is beauty" is also the case. If you say "beautiful, good" to the three doors of a woman, you commit a gross offense. If you say "sinner," it is also the case. If you say, "This sinner who looks like a mouth and a vagina," or "This sinner who is the dirtiest of the three doors," or "Fullness, is your wound beautiful, sinner," it is also the case. If you say to the three doors of a woman, "Is it beautiful, sinner," or if you say to the three doors, "Beautiful, good," it is also the case. If it does not contain obscene language, it is a gross offense. If you say "intercourse," it is also the case. If you say, "From your vulva, give me a little share," it is also a gross offense. If you say, "Intercourse with you," it is also the case. If you say to a woman, "You have so many husbands, from the share of so many husbands, also give me a share of the vulva," it is also a gross offense. If you say, "Sleep or have sex with me," it is also the case. If you say to a woman, "Sleep with me," or "Have sex with me," you will commit a gross offense. Speaking in teasing words means asking. Speaking in obscene language, the Sangha's residue comes from the Sutra called Vinaya Questioning. If you speak to something illusory or transformed, it is also the case. From the illusory woman dwelling in the sky, if a monk speaks obscene words, he commits a gross offense. Saying, "Give me obscenity," or "Sister, give it to me." If a monk does not speak obscene words to a woman, but says, "Give me obscenity or obscene things," and if the woman understands the obscene words, she also commits a gross offense. Saying, "Sister, give whatever appears to you." In order to provoke the woman's vulva, saying, "Give me what appears and exists to you," is also a gross offense. Saying, "Sister, give me that thing in front of you." In order to provoke the woman's vulva, saying, "Give me what exists in front of you," is also a gross offense. Saying, "Sister, whatever pleases you,"
