On the one hand, the Tathagata and Arhat have passed away, Just like perfection, so it is called perfectly complete enlightenment. Saying hope also refers to the previous desire to be completely perfect, and also proclaims that today the wish has been fulfilled. From "discipline" to "so," because the precepts are the same and the trainings are the same, the hundred-year-old elder and you who receive full ordination today are the same and equal, just like those who had merits before, in terms of learning and guarding, you should be like before. Joyfully admonishing means to strive for Nirvana through meditation, diligence, reading, and training, etc.! By doing this, the mind will be joyful. Saying this word of joy is also needed in the following sutras. The image spoken of by behavior is also like this. In the past, when behaving as a householder, one would behave and rely on parents, siblings, relatives, etc. Although separated from them, one should look up to the Khenpo and look down upon the Acharya, just like them. Being equal to the Khenpo and treating friends equally, etc., is to joyfully admonish in order to comfort the feelings of "siblings and relatives, etc." Abiding in taming is also like this. One's own body, speech, and mind are tamed and restrained, relying on others who are tamed, and one should also tame others. Needing earnestness is also like this. The meaning of need is discipline, one should practice and cultivate it, do it earnestly, and remember it without interruption. Similarly, one should also listen, think, and cultivate the aggregates, realms, and sources, do it earnestly! Thus admonishing. Having correctly received, even if not spoken, everything is known, and successfully understood is also like this. Because one has correctly obtained the complete precepts, some, such as cutting off the head, have been spoken and heard, but many others have not been finished and have not been heard, but later they will be heard when the Posadha is spoken. Later, all will be learned and can be known, so it is the same as what is being said now, and later one will become accustomed to it, thus admonishing, respectfully admonishing. In the past, it was also because of the merit of discipline that one obtained a body like this that has abandoned the eight unfavorable conditions, and this was only because of guarding the major precepts such as cutting off the head and the Sangha remnant.

It is admonished to respectfully guard even against the smallest faults. It is also said to accomplish through means, explanations, and precepts. Means refers to oneself being cautious and careful to possess means in everything. Explanation refers to the Dharma spoken by the Buddha with supreme wisdom. Precepts refer to practicing the Dharma spoken by the Buddha with caution and care, along with the precepts. It is admonished that it is not enough to merely abide in discipline and asceticism, etc., but one must accomplish Nirvana, which is the liberation from suffering. This is the ritual for full ordination as a Bhikshu. The above is the ritual for receiving full Bhikshu ordination. Without informing the place of residence, the resident should not act. Without informing the Upadhyaya or the Acharya of the residence, the resident disciple should not do anything without asking. Those things that can be done without asking will be explained below. Not included are going to the toilet and chewing toothpicks, and prostrating in the temple within the boundary. What does not need to be asked is going to the toilet, chewing toothpicks inside the boundary, and prostrating to the stupa within the same outer boundary, etc. Even if done without asking, there is no fault. Going to the end of forty-nine 'doms' from the temple is also the same. If one circles the temple, and there is no cover from the outer gate of the enclosure to the village and forest, etc., then there is no fault in resting within forty-nine 'doms' and going to prostrate to the stupa, even if one goes without asking. Diligently abandon becoming a cause of sin in the affairs of the bowl and Dharma robe, and serving the sick, and dispelling doubts. Also, let others do one's own work. The affairs of the bowl and Dharma robe refer to, if the Khenpo and Acharya instruct to boil the bowl, wash the bowl, mend the bowl, and boil the Dharma robe, wash the Dharma robe, mend the Dharma robe, etc., the disciple and attendant do not need to ask again, and if they cannot do it themselves, there is no fault even if they entrust it to others. Serving the sick refers to, if one cannot respectfully serve the illness of the Khenpo and Acharya, one can also entrust it to others. Dispelling doubts refers to, if the Khenpo and Acharya have doubts about the weight of the precepts and whether they are broken or not, if the disciple is skilled in taming, he can dispel doubts and tame.
