Even if dried with mantras, it is the same. Like these things mentioned by name, in order to embezzle other people's property, if you chant mantras to make them dry or rot, it is a gross offense. If you dry each fruit or branch separately, each dried one is a gross offense. Luring a horse with food, or giving it, riding it, and stealing it, stealing it like this, and then riding it physically. In order to steal a horse, lure it with grass, and then ride it or drive it, or use it like this, thinking of stealing in your mind, even if you don't touch the horse, it is a gross offense. The same goes for a boat. The boat is in front of you, and you use the method of rowing and the method of being upright, and after doing it like this, you want to steal it, even if you don't touch it, it is a gross offense. It's the same with that and these things. There are treasures in the boat, and the horse has decorations, appearing in front of your eyes, wanting to steal it like this, acting with your body, wanting to steal it, even if you don't touch it, it is a gross offense. Father, mother, brothers, sisters, Khenpo, teachers, stupas, Sangha, etc., after observing, reciting the dice game is also the same. Like these things, taking away items that can be turned into a dice game, without the permission of the dice game player, not giving it at will, it becomes a gross offense. Disdaining and borrowing, not giving, observing is also the same. Disdaining or borrowing property, thinking of not giving it, it is a gross offense. Doing something like this behind your back, when the owner of the property comes to ask for it, thinking of giving it in your mind, and arguing that I don't have it, saying it is a gross offense. It is also the same to divide up property given for others. For gifts offered to the Sangha, on the way to offering to the Sangha, dividing and taking them in the middle is a gross offense. A monk offered an Arilaka fruit to the Sangha. The monk died. Before the monk offered it to the Sangha, those monks who offered it divided it up, and the precepts were established. Offering property is the same as that. It is also the same to perceive something without an owner as having an owner. Like lost property, stealing from something that the owner of the property has already given up in his mind is a gross offense. The owner of the property neither thinks of having property in his mind, nor thinks of losing it. Stealing from such a thing, initially the owner of the property thinks it is his, but later even if he doesn't think of it, it is a defeated result.

Even if alms that are difficult to obtain, such as ground food, fish, meat, etc., are obtained, it is the same. Like these foods, taking one's own share from the Sangha, even taking the food offered for the midday meal, is a grave offense. Because one does not want to work, one comes out of the Sangha and accepts food as wages, even if one does not work for the Sangha, it is a grave offense. Working in the Sangha, one also accepts food as wages, and in order to accumulate food for wages, one leaves it without returning it to the Sangha, and also eats the food to which one has been invited, it is a grave offense. If one does not know, and takes what others do not allow to be taken, it is not. If one is alone, and others give food, and without knowing it, a friend mistakenly takes the food, if it is returned, there is no offense. Not informing is also the same. A Bhikshu friend went to eat alone, and without informing me not to take the food, I took it from my own share, and if the friend returns it after finishing the meal, there is no offense. The offense committed is teaching the Dharma without being invited. If a Bhikshu eats the food of an offering feast without being invited, he commits an offense. Some say, if one is not invited and not given, and forcibly eats, why will one not commit a Parajika offense? Because one eats in front of the donor, and there is no intention of not giving, one will not commit a Parajika offense. Going to steal is also the same. When going to steal, one commits an offense. Discussing is also no different from this. Thinking of going to steal, when discussing with a thief accomplice, it only belongs to the offense of what was thought before. One should carefully observe whether there is an owner and then take it. Like taking clothes from a garbage heap, if it is good, one should carefully observe who it belongs to, whether there is an owner and then take it, if it is bad, there is no offense even if one does not observe it. One cannot lie down with the body. Like being in debt, one cannot lie down pulling back and forth. A Brahmin owed a Bhikshu a debt, the Brahmin was plowing the field, the Bhikshu chased after him without giving it, and lay down pulling on the ridge of the field, therefore the precepts were established. One cannot destroy a bird's nest. If there is a bird's nest in the temple, without eggs, even if it is destroyed without being assigned by the Sangha, there is no offense. Apart from that, destroying a bird's nest is an offense. Not staying there, one cannot join the share of summer clothes. The Sangha that has not entered the summer ritual, the offering that has entered the ritual, and the offering for placing clothes.
