Wearing apparel, separation is an offense. Clothes or headdresses and bracelets, etc., if stolen from something attached to the body, separation from the body and departure is an offense. Like a ring, if it passes a few joints of the finger, it is an offense if it exceeds the non-offending (limit) and departs. Shogam, exceeding that place is an offense. Going within the Shogam range, thinking of not giving the Shogam manager my own property, going like this, exceeding the cutting point or boundary of Shogam is an offense. A person, if a time is agreed upon and met there, it is an offense. Stealing a person, if a time is agreed upon and met at the agreed place, it is an offense. There are three kinds of time, such as saying, "Come wearing clothes like this," or saying, "Come at this hour," or saying, "Come near this tree or stone," any of these is fine. A bird, driving it away like that is an offense. Stealing a bird, driving away the place of stealing, the bird flies, and as soon as it flies, it is an offense. If it is not a place of stealing, flying to another place is a gross offense. Releasing from bound animals is an offense. For example, if a wild animal is caught in a net, or a domestic animal is tied to a stake, even if it does not leave when stolen, it is an offense as soon as it is released. If it becomes invisible from the herd or the captured (animal), it is an offense. For example, stealing livestock from a herd, whether it is tied up and left, driven away, or caught and led away, it is an offense if the livestock becomes invisible. Summoning with a mantra, if it appears, it is an offense. Stealing with a mantra, by the power of the mantra, if the property comes by itself, and it appears and is seen in front of the eyes, it is an offense. Whether the property comes or not, if a guard is set up and seen by the guard, it is an offense even if the monk does not see it. Like following behind, for example, sending a disciple the property of the Khenpo, stealing from following behind, and transporting, for example, sending property, stealing from transportation, these two situations, doing as described below with names is an offense. Bendan, when stealing, Bendan stays there, or returns, returns from the road, or deviates, deviates to the left or right from the road, or enters, enters the forest or house, etc., or climbs, taking that thing is the same as before. Climbing a tree or rock, etc., any of those can be done, just as stealing from a herd, it is an offense if it is not visible, this is also an offense if it becomes invisible. A boat is also the same in a plain, a canal, and a lake.

Stealing, whether it is carrying things from a field, drawing water from a canal, or drawing water from a lake, if the initial location disappears, it constitutes a defeat. It is the same along the stream. Like pulling a boat along the stream to steal, if the initial location where it stayed disappears, it constitutes a defeat. If it is pulled directly, it is okay if the banks disappear. In a wide place like the sea or a large river, if you directly pull a boat to steal, even if you do not reach the other shore, if the initial location where it stayed disappears, it constitutes a defeat. In other cases, reaching the other shore also counts. If you pull a boat to steal in a small river, even if the initial location where it stayed is still there, but you reach the other shore, it constitutes a defeat. Going against the current, if you pass the location where the boat stopped, it also counts. If the boat goes against the current from the stream, pulling the boat upstream to steal, as long as you pass the location where the boat was unloaded, it constitutes a defeat. Unless it is to complete one's own work, because it is to complete one's own work. Stealing water from the fields, such as fertilizing, cultivating, digging, and repairing canals to make the crops grow well, unless it is to make one's own field work better and the crops grow better. Reducing the work results of others, or when working in other people's fields, when it rains heavily, draining the water from one's own fields into other people's fields, or blocking the waterways. In times of drought, cutting off the water from other people's fields and diverting it to one's own fields, if the quality of the crops differs due to the benefit of this water, it constitutes a defeat. Informing a thief in order to get a share also counts. Informing a thief in order to get a share of the theft, saying "a lot," this is explained from the back of the scripture, because it is to get a share. Informing a thief, and the thief gives a share, if the value is sufficient, it constitutes a defeat. Enclosing and mixing land and houses together also counts. If you steal fields and houses, mix your own fields with it, surround it with a fence or moat, or connect the fence or moat, and evaluate the value of the land, if the value is sufficient, it also constitutes a defeat. If there is disagreement with others due to the boundaries of land such as fields and houses, or vice versa, filing a lawsuit with the king, and the king rules that the monk has no rights and the king has rights, it constitutes a defeat. The same applies to other properties. If a lawsuit is filed with a local official, and the other party gives up
