If a disease like eczema occurs on the penis, and the doctor says that engaging in impure conduct will help, even engaging in impure conduct for the sake of healing the disease constitutes a defeat. During the act of intercourse, there should be no other thoughts or hesitation in the mind. If one thinks of inserting the penis into the nostril for intercourse, but it ends up in the mouth, and lust arises, the lust is generated by engaging in intercourse in the mouth. As for whether the lust arose in the mouth or in the nostril, if one is uncertain and doubts, this also leads to a defeat. Non-pathways are also similar. If one engages in impure conduct not through the three gates (referring to the mouth, vagina, and anus), but through the ears, nose, etc., it also constitutes a defeat. If there is no transgression, even if one falls on top of a woman due to haste, there is no fault. If one pushes or shoves due to anger or haste, causing a woman to fall, there is no fault. If a woman is unwilling, but one grabs her neck due to poverty, there is also no fault. If a female ghost or something similar grabs a bhikkhu's neck out of fear, even if the bhikkhu is unwilling, there is no fault. Touching lips to lips is also without fault. In a place like a doorway, if a woman and a bhikkhu come from opposite directions and suddenly meet, and their lips touch, there is no fault. One should not urinate in front of a female dog. If a bhikkhu urinates in front of a female dog, facing the dog, and the dog thinks that the bhikkhu's penis is some other meat, and runs over and puts it in its mouth, a precept was established because of this: having committed a fault in front of a female dog, one should not reside in monasteries where life is lowly. In water, if one is worried about the penis being touched, one should not enter the water naked. If a bhikkhu is crossing a river, and a creature living in the water puts his penis in its mouth, and the bhikkhu thinks, "The penis has entered the creature's mouth, have I committed a defeat?" Although one will not commit a defeat because of this, in the future, if one is worried about the penis being touched, one should not enter the water without wrapping it in cloth. If one enters the water without wrapping it in cloth, one has committed a fault. There, one should knowingly cross the river by boat. When crossing the river by boat, in order to prevent being touched by a woman if the boat capsizes, or in order to be victorious, one should knowingly wrap the penis in cloth to prevent it from being touched. If one does not think in this way, one has committed a fault. Entering a herd of cows is also similar. When entering a herd of cows, because one might be kicked by a cow, one should be careful and not touch the cows. If one knowingly does so, one has committed a fault. Inspecting well water is also similar. There is a woman in the well.

Now, if one lies down on one's side without sleeping, and happens to be overcome by sleep, one should examine what is wrong. Or, if a woman stands at the edge of a well and sees the reflection of her vulva in the water, and thus generates desire, if the woman has water, one should not fail to observe the well, otherwise one commits a minor offense. Having gone to a village for the sake of alms food, if one knowingly touches a woman, etc., while practicing alms in the village, one commits a minor offense. One should carefully examine and then expel. If someone who has been expelled comes, one should discern whether they are male or female, and then expel them. If one does not observe, one commits a minor offense. Alone, without a covering, one should not lie down on one's side. Without a covering, even if one does not sleep without a companion, but if one lies down on one's side, and happens to be overcome by sleep, therefore, if one lies down on one's side, one commits a minor offense. A Bhikshuni should not meditate in a house without a closed door, and so on. A Bhikshuni should not meditate in a place without a closed door, do not sleep, a man might suddenly break in, and so on. This is the first Parajika, which is especially not to be consumed. The first of the four Parajikas, which is practicing impure conduct, comes from the Sutra called 'Vinaya Especially Not to be Consumed,' the first offense regarding impure conduct is complete. Now, explaining the Parajika of taking what is not given. Robbery, whether one robs oneself or steals, is one limb. Causing someone to rob. Whether one openly causes someone to rob or causes someone to steal, this is one limb. Through a messenger as well. Sending a messenger to steal or rob is one limb. If counted as seven limbs, then the above two or three limbs are counted as one limb. Not given. Regarding what is neither one's own property nor given by another, this is one limb. Five Mashakas, etc. At the time when the Buddha was alive, one-eighth of a silver sho would cause defeat, now combining with the times. If calculated from the Mashaka of the Indian region to the Tibetan silver Tang, then there is one-eighth of a silver sho. Stealing more than one-eighth will cause defeat, this is one limb. When the Buddha was alive, because the Pana was of little value, five would cause defeat. Now, because it is of high value, four will cause defeat. Due to the mind of stealing. Stealing due to the mind of stealing is one limb. The bond of human lineage.
