to place. If repairing, make them happy. According to the rules, when repairing a monastery, for the patrons and my retinue of disciples, whoever does it, repairing in this way will be very auspicious and of great merit, make them happy. All who enter the Sangha should be comforted and united with Dharma that is in accordance with their wishes for conversation. For the disciples belonging to each of the elders, according to the wishes of each disciple, as desired, for the aggregates, realms, sources, and discipline, etc., whatever they want to learn, the elders should explain and teach. In short, like groups with the same name, such as Gosha, Rishida, Barma, etc., each should learn and teach the Dharma to each other, be virtuous friends, let them learn and listen. This is because each will become virtuous through mindfulness. For the silent, be lenient. If a disciple practices constantly and likes solitude, be lenient. If they ask to practice meditation and stay in a quiet place, explain the scriptures of meditation and be lenient, but do not be lenient with laziness. If a householder comes, distribute food. If a householder comes to a monastery or Sangha, give food. If they don't give, or don't want, speak Dharma to them, tell them we have these. If the householder who comes says the Sangha has no food, or doesn't give, or the householder himself doesn't want food, preach the Dharma, tell them we have Dharma to entertain guests. Those with retinues should observe everything. The Sangha or elders should observe whether the monks belonging to their retinue behave well, and if they don't, punish them. After explaining and teaching the Dharma, judge according to their wishes. For all actions that become a gateway to downfall, one should diligently remember. Whatever one does, one should diligently examine whether it will become a fault, whether there is sin, and know it by putting remembrance first. One should not fail to advise on matters that depend on others. For elders and preceptors, regarding matters that depend on Dharma and Vinaya, etc., if one does not teach the Dharma, etc., to disciples, one should not fail to do so, but rely on the Khenpo. Disciples should also listen to and practice all advice. For those who come, first greet them with friendly words, asking if they have come in peace. If a Bhikshu comes alone, greet him with a friendly manner, asking if he has come in peace. With a cheerful face and a smile, greet them first. For those who come alone, one should not show a displeased face, but greet them with a smile. One should not frown. When greeting, one should not contract the face as if angry. If it is a householder, then one should speak to them about the Dharma. If a householder comes alone, one should also speak about the Dharma, etc., and greet them with friendly words. If they do not come, then one should try to persuade the villagers as much as possible. If householders do not come to the monastery and Sangha, then the monks in the village should persuade the householders in the monastery, try to make them happy, and make sure that they return to the monastery and Sangha. One should also prepare water and cushions. For the sake of householders coming to the monastery, one should prepare mandalas, washing utensils, and spread out beds, etc. One should clean, prepare cushions, and prepare water. In the monastery, these are things that need to be done regularly, and should be done by the younger ones first. The surroundings of the temple should be cleaned, the beds for the Sangha to sit on should be spread out, and mandalas and mouthwash, etc., should be prepared. Offering food should be done by new people. Offering drinks and food should also be done by young people above the age of Shramanera. If a Bhikshu does it, he should also make an offering and acceptance beforehand. For outsiders or those who are not harmonious, one should not prohibit them. For the servants of the deities, such as playing and drinking alcohol, if there is an external Dharma that is not in harmony with us, one should not prohibit it. This is an action that does not harm oneself or others. As it is said in the Sutras, for actions that violate the Dharma, one should also let go, this is an action that does not harm oneself or others.

If harm is caused, do not prevent it, just leave it. However, if it works that way, punish them and subdue and admonish them with the Dharma. If we are able and capable of dealing with rude or foolish behavior, we should explain the Dharma, impose penalties, have them engage in Dharma activities, and have them accumulate merit. If they separate from the outer Sangha or run away, remedy it for that reason. If there is a fault in the rude and foolish behavior itself, and they cannot bear it and run away, or if they are dissatisfied with the monks and leave the Sangha, by all means, try to prevent them from running away and remedy it. If you cannot do it, let them leave. Just like the back of a sutra, if you cannot be unrestrained without running away, do not let the rude and foolish run away privately because of dissatisfaction, but let the monks themselves leave. Therefore, do not speak of fighting. Do not speak of fighting and retaliation to those who create rude discord. If harm is caused in the monastery of the Sangha, it should be done in this way: how to stop and let me catch them. If someone is a thief around the monastery, they should be subdued with power, and because of disgust, do not say in advance that they steal and are not tamed, but when they steal, they should be caught on the spot together with the stolen goods. Similar methods should be used for other thieves. If you cannot do it, do not casually accuse anyone. If you cannot catch the thief's stolen goods and cannot stop the theft, do not casually accuse others of being thieves and not tamed, but take action against these named people in order to stop the theft. Ask earnestly. For young people and do not panic when the king dies. For friends and those who are friendly to the king, such as giving favors. For ministers and those who belong to the position of minister. For relatives and ministers who do not belong to the position of minister but are of noble origin. For princes and those who do not come in place of the king. For attendants, get close to them and subdue them with purity. For the king's attendants, such as inner ministers. For these people, do not earnestly ask with beatings and killings, but subdue them with words and do not commit them in the future. The position of a Bhikshuni is equivalent to a Bhikshu. Everything said on the back is for Bhikshus.
