Then go there. The dull Sangha assembly also eats food first. The guardian monk eats together with the ordinary monks. Be compassionate to those who start reading, do many things, and are unable to do so. If the Khenpo has many disciples, the Khenpo should teach from the heart those monks who have great respect, and those who are not easily reversed and have little wisdom. For the Bhikshunis, be compassionate to help them master and understand the Vinaya. Because Bhikshunis have less wisdom than Bhikshus, they cannot learn many Pratimoksha and other contents orally. If so, do not give up, but teach for a long time out of compassion. Write letters. Allow writing Dharma and letters. If you cannot remember, you must also learn the Vinaya in order to remember. If you cannot understand after hearing the Dharma, there is no sin in writing it down and learning it. You can write or not write. For any of the Buddha's teachings, individuals are not allowed to ask questions, but must learn orally. The Sangha can ask questions. Likewise, this is also the case for the Pratimoksha vows. Individuals are not allowed to write the Pratimoksha vows on paper, but must learn them orally. The same is true for similar situations. Piwangka and other things should also be learned orally, not written. The same is true for individuals. Do not write names on the edges and widths of personal clothing. There is no sin in making marks. There is no sin in putting ink dots or marks on the edges of clothes. Do not write on the Sangha's cushions. Do not write "This is the Sangha's cushion" on the Sangha's cushion. Do not write "So-and-so for the merit of the temple," etc. If a donor donates cushions and other items to the temple, write on the edge of the cushion, "This was donated by so-and-so, the donor of this temple." The same is true for clothing. Also write the name in colloquial language on the Sangha's robes. Other things are similar to this. In the temple, if villages, fields, livestock, horses, etc. are donated, write down the ownership documents and keep them. Do not recite chapters on governance, plagues, and similar content from the Buddha's scriptures. When reciting the Buddha's scriptures, sit silently and do not lengthen the voice like singing. If you can diligently study the Buddha's teachings and teach others, you can study the treatises of other traditions. My Buddha.

If one is proficient in Buddhism and can teach others without doubt, then learning bloodletting and grammar is not a sin in order to dispel outsiders. When to learn will be explained below. That time is in the third part of the sun, which is when one is uncomfortable. The time to learn bloodletting and grammar, etc., is to divide the day into three parts and learn when the sun is at its zenith. It can also be done at night. If you are comfortable at night, recite the Buddha's teachings all night long. If you are sick and uncomfortable, study bloodletting etc. at night. If it is a beneficial mantra, accept it. As before, divide one day and night into five periods, three periods for reading the sutras and meditating, and two periods for reciting mantras. You can also appoint. If someone is sick, it is not harmful to chant mantras for the sake of compassion and benefit. Reciting mantras, if it does not harm others and benefits the patient, then recite the mantra. This is said to be the place to pay homage to the Three Jewels. When reciting mantras, pay homage to the Three Jewels and regard yourself as the deity. Recite the name of the deity and pay homage. Do not pay homage to other gods. Do not pay homage to the gods of outsiders except for the Three Jewels. It is not that you do not make offerings, but that you do not respect them. Do not offer flowers etc. to the gods of outsiders. Do not speak ill of them either. When reciting the verses spoken by the Buddha, if they appear, stop them with the sound of cymbals. If you go to their place, be compassionate. If you go to the presence of the outsider gods, recite the verses spoken by the Buddha for the sake of compassion and benefit. Do not try to make them, nor learn or place their vessels. These names that are mentioned, do not learn, do not hold, and do not teach others. Except for the vessels of charity, needles, knives and rags. There is no sin in holding these names that are mentioned. Pray with good intentions and do it wholeheartedly with a mind of merit, not for reward. If treating a patient with bloodletting or medicine, for the sake of compassion, to benefit them, do not treat them for food and reward. Give a laxative and do not go elsewhere. Feed the patient with strong medicine. The person who feeds the medicine should not leave. If you have to leave for some reason, you must explain the rituals that will cause severe diarrhea and harm. As before, medicine
