O, venerable one, your preceptor has taken the precepts of the Dharma. If the teacher and the preceptor are the same person, and are close, steadfast, mindful of the virtuous friend, and pleasing, then you should also take the precepts of the Dharma. After distributing to the elders, when distributing the precepts downwards to the younger ones, quickly call out the name and whisper in the ear of that young monk with words like, "All should take such precepts." Then let him accept. Do not be displeased with them, repeat the words in their ear. As before, if your preceptor and teacher, friends, etc., have all taken the precepts, and you have not yet taken them, and you and those people will also meet in Dharma affairs, then please take the precepts well, whisper in the ear and do it. Do not take precepts that are not Dharma. When distributing precepts, if the one receiving the precepts also takes bad precepts, it is a transgression, and that is the common rule. Do not fail to ask those who uphold the sutras, those who uphold the vinaya, and those who are like mothers. When taking precepts, before asking a monk who has a name like this, other monks should not take precepts either. Taking them without examination is a transgression. It is not because one wants to separate. When taking precepts, if one takes bad precepts that are not Dharma, thinking in one's mind to divide the sangha, taking them in this way is a transgression, therefore do not take them. What is not Dharma is not victorious. When taking precepts, thinking in one's mind to make the side that inclines towards what is not Dharma victorious, taking them in this way is a transgression. If one knows that there will be change here, do not take them. When taking precepts, if one knows that the side that inclines towards what is not Dharma will be victorious, do not take bad precepts. If they are equal, precepts are established for the sake of the great hearers. After distributing the precepts, if the two precepts, good and non-good, are equal, then distribute them to the great elder of the hearers. Placed in the share called "hand," it is considered a precept that inclines towards the good, making the side that inclines towards the good victorious. If such non-Dharma things become peaceful, they will not arise. As before, even if the elder's precepts increase, if the precepts that incline towards the non-good are more numerous, do not be discouraged by this, ask for forgiveness and confess the transgression.

I say that it will be interrupted. From the beginning of appointing an arbitrator until here, it seems like it is suitable to be tamed, and it is said that it is given to be tamed, which is the first of the four disputes. If there is no fault, give purity. If a monk commits a fault without defeat, give innocent purity, like the two brothers Drabjyam Lyabudza Bumi Ka committed a fault, detailed in the O Place Holder. Its four transgressions are: no object, relying on the diligence of others, not looking at repentance, done by a madman. In these four cases, in the Pratimoksha, it is separately declared to give with the taming of memory, and to give with the taming of non-foolishness, which will be discussed below. The first three give the taming of memory. The four mentioned by the name of the Sutra Posterior, the first three are tamed by the taming of memory, and the last one is tamed by non-foolishness. Do as it is said in the latter text, that is, give with the taming of non-foolishness, if you were crazy before and don't remember, if you commit a crime and it becomes terrible, if you don't remember, then you will take the vows of goodness in the future. Three disputes arose from the fallen sins and so on: unchanged and changed. There are two types: partial and all of the Sangha. Partial and reconciling the other party. The first is through promising to return to reconciliation. The second is through direct taming. The third is through laying grass. Here, because there are many people, one person who is not a member of the Sangha reconciled. Like the latter text, if the mind has been tamed and is peaceful, and there are remaining sins, repent like the remaining Dharma. If you commit a Nissaggiya Pacittiya sin, repent according to its category. If the fallen sin and the sin and the respective repentance become sins, take the name from the book recording the names of the sins, and say that the person with this name committed such a sin, so a monk takes out the names of all the sins and repents, then everyone will become pure. It is the same even if many people are together. Like the latter text, even if a monk repents in general, it is okay, and he should explain in detail the names of each person and the names of the fallen sins. A monk repents and becomes pure, just like this situation of taming by laying grass, he can repent. Whoever says this is because of the appearance of knowledge. Like the latter text, grass
