From where does the administrator begin to recite three times to the Sangha? Accept from the place of fearlessness. As stated in the previous sutra, after the disputant has left, start from the end of the punished person. I recite three times to the Sangha. Accept from the place of fearlessness. As stated in the previous sutra, after the disputant has left, start from the number of days before the end of the punished person, and also report it together with the Sangha. Do not do it until the punished person has left. It is an item deposited elsewhere. Below, it explains the item of inquiry deposited in different places. The punishment for its day and night is to cover together with the naturally abiding one, to be punished and satisfied together, and to sleep together with the one who commits adultery. At the time of punishment and satisfaction, if one sleeps together with a pure Bhikshu, it will occur except for the number of days of punishment and satisfaction for sleeping during the day. It is also the same outside the boundary. When the punished person is being punished, even if he goes outside the boundary, it is not counted in the number of days, and the time spent outside is subtracted from the number of days of previous punishment. It is the same even if it is not stated. If the punishment is carried out for a period of one month, after three days, say to the Sangha, "These days," and if it is said on the fourth day, there is no fault, but if it exceeds four days, subtract four days from the number of days of previous punishment. If the boundary of the one who has received ordination is not near, it will not arise. As stated in the previous sutra, explaining to the Sangha, if it is explained outside the boundary, explain after three days, and also subtract three days from the number of days of previous punishment. There is no fault if one returns during that day, even if one goes to another boundary. When the punished person is being punished, if he goes outside the boundary and returns before the number of days is completed, there is no fault. The punished person does not sleep with the one who is covered together with the punished one. If many punished people gather and sleep together, it will be a fault, so they should gather in different places. For the punishment of residing in silence, if one abides here and together, there is no fault here. At the time of silent ordination, in order to observe the mind, placing one in the Sangha for one month, sleeping together is not a fault, as stated by Bhishuta. Even if one is placed in the same place in order to observe the mind, sleeping together is not a fault.

Thus spoke Yesa-byi-dza. To engage in sexual activity in another place is actually asking. From here onwards, it explains the objects of discipline. What is not proclaimed is not the root. If a monk commits any of the five defeats, doubt is not forced. To transcend and discuss through seeing and hearing is faultless. Not being born is to put down the expulsion after the words of expulsion are finished. When a monk is expelled according to the Dharma, if he is not expelled according to the Dharma, if a virtuous monk says, 'You should not expel according to the Dharma,' it is not forced to say this after the expulsion is finished. It is the same to do this to a sick person. When a monk is expelled according to the Dharma, if a sick person says, 'You have a separation from me, do not expel according to the Dharma for a while,' it is faultless to expel from this. The messenger is also the same. It is not forced for the sick person's messenger to say not to expel, it can be expelled. It is also the same for the sick person. When a sick person is expelled according to the Dharma, if a healthy person says, 'You should not expel according to the Dharma for a moment,' it is faultless even if he is expelled without stopping. Do not accept. As stated in the upper Sutra, when expelling according to the Dharma, if a sick person or a messenger says, 'Do not expel according to the Dharma, stay.' At this time, one should not accept but should expel. Venerable, stay, you are sick, it is difficult to endure suffering. When a monk is expelled according to the Dharma, if a sick person says, 'Do not expel according to the Dharma, stay,' and argues and shouts, then the Venerable should be advised: 'You are sick, your strength is weak, you cannot argue, stay for a while.' The Sangha should expel the monk according to the Dharma. Venerable, do not argue with this sick person's messenger, advise again. When a monk is expelled according to the Dharma, if a sick person's messenger comes and says, 'Do not expel for a while,' the Sangha should advise in this way: 'The sick person himself is weak, words such as arguing are not forced, stay.' After advising in this way, the monk should be expelled according to the Dharma. It is also the same to talk without understanding the nature of what has been done or what is being done. It is not forced for a monk who does not understand the precepts to slander a pure monk with the four defeats, etc. The slander should be combined with the sin of the slander. The rest should not be done at the wrong time either. Like the five defeats, etc.
