Po. When the Sangha gathers and someone commits an offense according to the Dharma, if the act of expulsion is carried out and the person is banished, it becomes a major offense. Even if the offense was not committed within the Sangha. Dividing the Sangha, splitting eight monks into four, results in division. If seven monks are separated as one's own group and eight monks remain, both are deficient in the Sangha, and even if separated, it becomes an offense. When residing separately, it is not appropriate to gather others to make up the number; if the number is made up, it is not a statement of request. Like the followers of Devadatta, siding with wrong views, such as the one hundred and one actions, ordination, and expelling the remaining members, if the number of the Sangha is not complete, it results in defeat, or committing the five heinous crimes, or residing separately, or being cut off like a severed head, even if the deficiency is not filled due to decline, the action is not permissible. Even if the understanding is not complete, it cannot be experienced by my Sangha. Like expelling the remaining members of the Sangha, it is appropriate for twenty monks to expel, but if twenty monks are drunk, swaying in the ranks during the action, and the request and petition are not heard, it is like the number of the Sangha is incomplete, and the action is not permissible. Accomplishment is when the request is heard. When expelling the remaining members, even if the request is not heard due to falling asleep, it is counted in the number when the petition is made, and the action is permissible. Those who have the potential, even if expelled by a messenger of an image, it is not improper. A woman named Mana, due to the merit of previous lives, her speech will be impaired, residing in the household. Receiving instructions from the Khenpo, even if the messenger bestows the vows, it becomes ordination. Likewise, if there are qualities, even now it is permissible for a messenger to bestow. Even until later ordination. Like a replacement, constantly entering or immediately becoming an Arhat, such a person with qualities, even if the messenger bestows the vows of ordination, it is established. If not promised, it is not given. At the time of ordination, requesting "May I be ordained, please allow," starting the ordination, if saying "When I want to be ordained," the vows are not established, should be expelled and released. This is request and destruction. Like a replacement, it is not possible to receive vows, those who have left cannot be ordained again later.

If one comes to request saying "I," then the previous karma can be eliminated, and only now can one begin to do karma, and then it can be handed over. The initial instruction at the time of appointment is the ritual. Regarding situations such as division of the Sangha, following those who cause division, impure lineage, and difficulty in taming, if one says "Give up those signs" without prior instruction, and expels them with faults, then the actions of supplication and reporting that are done are not valid. Or abandon it in this way. If one says "One cannot cut the words spoken by the Tathagata," etc., or does not speak as if treating leftovers, and expels without three instructions, then the action performed is also not valid. If other words such as "unanimous agreement" are used, then the opinion is more important than the main content. Clothes, gold and silver, and coming and going from behavior, and small matters such as Uposatha, even the abbot must be informed. When saying "Pay attention, venerable one" or "One with life." If that monk has other thoughts in mind, then no matter what he does, such as reciting mantras, it is not valid. Even if the meaning of the chapter reverses the reasoning, it will not fail to arise (effect). When one has not taken full ordination to become a monk, say to the Sangha, "Please pay attention, venerable Sangha, please let the Sangha ordain this novice monk so-and-so," according to this reasoning, even if the subsequent words are reversed, saying them first or last, this action is permissible. Do not make a mistake. If the order of the words is reversed as in the following, one will commit a downfall. Abiding in other names, or saying yes. When a nun has not taken full ordination, the monk performing the action says, "Please pay attention, venerable Sangha, please let the Sangha ordain this nun," according to this reasoning, even if one says "Let this abbot take full ordination," and the name is wrong, this action is permissible. The actions of monks and nuns, even if other actions are performed, are not valid. When a monk takes full ordination, the principle of establishing by quoting from the name of the monk, even if one quotes from the name of the nun to establish, this action is permissible. For a nun, one can also quote from the name of the monk to establish. The objects of action are included in questioning, etc. The objects of action are completed. From here onwards, the objects of action that are judged by cutting off sins are explained. Knowing the signs of not being tamed, by urging him to take an oath, and then publicly giving the action of rebuke. A monk always...
