Except for those who do not possess (discipline), a monk who possesses discipline resides within the boundary, and has not lost faith, nor is he within the Sangha. Without going outside the boundary, if he performs the actions of the Sangha, it is not permissible. It is also the same if he speaks perversely. Any of the seven groups who have been expelled by a monk, at the time of expulsion, if an unqualified monk or novice says, "The lineage of the expelled," if he possesses the qualities of not being intimidated, it is not permissible to say, "The lineage of the expelled." Whoever does the action, let him do it. Like behind, when performing the action of expulsion, if the very monk who has been expelled and sent away says, "I am of the lineage of the expelled," if he possesses the qualities of not being intimidated, saying "He should not be expelled" is a strong statement, and he is not expelled. That is perverse. Blowing out a fire in the heat of summer is perverse. Blowing out a fire in the cold of winter is not perverse. Likewise, the ones below should also be distinguished as permissible and not permissible. Dharma and, one who should not be expelled is not expelled. One whose conduct is not confused is: if among those who perform the actions of the Sangha, one monk says without wavering, "He should not be expelled," whether to act according to his words or not will be explained below. Naturally abiding. If that monk who speaks behind people's backs speaks of actions that are tame and peaceful, then act according to his words. Being in agreement with the words: if that monk who speaks behind people's backs is not a gossip or a slanderer, and what he has heard is not what he has said before, and is not contradictory to the words, then act according to his words. Not being manifest and: if that monk who speaks behind people's backs says something that someone who does not know anything says, then do not act according to his words, but act according to the words of someone who knows the three pitakas. Except for great hatred, they are different. Ordained and expelled, Whatever action is performed, if a monk says, "This action should not be done in this way," then act according to his words, and it is not permissible to do it. Words adorned with false speech are words that should not be adorned. Like the Sutra Pitaka, being in agreement with the words, listen to his words. Things like lying, stabbing in the back, and slandering are not in agreement with the words. Slandering, gossiping, and harsh words are also the same. Saying it in that way is also not in agreement with the words. Saying it like this

It is okay not to listen to the words of the person who says that. Not abiding in self-nature means not doing this and that which should not be done. If someone who does not protect and neglects the remaining matters of the Sangha, even down to offenses, says, "This should not be done," it is okay, because his words are not forceful. The error in conduct is that the mind of walking is unstable, and it will be so if it is let go. If the Sangha gathers together to perform expulsion and other matters, if a monk sits on the ground like a support and says that it is a kind of expulsion, that is forceful. If he gets up angrily and says that it is a kind of expulsion, even if that monk is pure in discipline, his words are not forceful, and the expulsion can be carried out. If he stands up straight and says it without moving his body, his words are forceful. Confess the view to the Sangha. For Uposatha and entering from the rules, etc., if a monk says, "I don't like doing this," it is blameless if he says it after doing it according to the ritual. The Bhikshuni said that because she saw wrong views, she confessed to the Sangha again. It is not to others, but in general, it is not said to be doing things like a support, but if it is said to one person, there is an offense. The Bhikshuni said that she looked at the wrong view and did not confess to the individual. It is not for those who have not taken full ordination. Like a support, if you are dissatisfied with the affairs of the Sangha, it is an offense to do so to novices and lay people. It is not for those who should not be expelled. Behind the scenes, when the affairs of the Sangha are being carried out, it is also an offense to say that you are dissatisfied with the affairs of the Sangha like a support to those who are not included in the number of the Sangha. It is not like there is nothing left. It is also an offense to speak like a support to those who have committed a defeat. After selecting, doing the best and the most is selection. In the affairs of twelve people, whatever is selected, if you do not do things respectfully or cannot do things, select the previous person from among those who are capable, and then select him. Do not limit the time and repeatedly or others. Like the remainder, if you are capable of managing the monastery, say do it for two or three years, do not select, say do it to the best of your ability. If you are capable of doing the work, do not delay the time, and do not force yourself to say that you cannot do it anymore. Give alms when needed at other times. Like managing a monastery.
