This is to prevent drunkards from coming. To protect, appoint a Bhikshu, and when collecting the share of the field and the tax of the village, arrange for one Bhikshu to be in charge of the tax. If birth and death, or neither, are not obvious, do not collect. The Naga transformed the temple into a monastery, and the Six Groups sought trouble, so the rules were made. Otherwise, one should face it with mindfulness and awareness, and then enter. If one knows that it is not from running like the back, and also knows that work will exhaust it, then even if one calculates what is left or missing of the property, there is no fault. For the sake of the Sangha, servants can be hired. If a donor offers servants to the Sangha out of faith, there is no fault in accepting them. From where the sound comes to the temple, build a house there. Because of the temple, if a donor offers a village out of faith, or like a mountaintop, at the edge of the temple, in a place where the sound cannot be heard, it can be used as a residence for commerce. If they work there, food should be given. If the mountaintop and the divine servants work for the Sangha, the Sangha should give food and clothing. Cows, buffaloes, goats, sheep, yaks, horses, mules, donkeys, raw grains, and utensils are also included. If these mentioned items are offered to the Sangha, there is no fault in accepting them. This is not without considering the stupa. If villages, fields, and properties are offered to the stupa, there is no fault in accepting them. Holding utensils. There is no fault in holding utensils when eating. Salt bags are also included. There is no fault in holding salt bags. Other than these and drinking cups like the outside, individuals should not hold other utensils. Individuals should not hold spoons for utensils, salt bags for utensils, water jugs, and utensils pushed with water like boiling, other than these four. Holding attendants. If an attendant who works in the monastery is found, hold them. If not found, hire them. To protect similar children, offerings should be accepted, the family should be investigated, because the son died, and later there was only one son, and after he died, he was offered to the Bhikshu as an attendant, the Bhikshu should accept and place him in the monastery. If it is a daughter, place her in the Bhikshuni's monastery. The sign there is to wear clothes around the neck. To prevent being taken away by ghosts, the Bhikshu should wear a piece of the Dharma robe around the neck. The waist is also the same. Even if a piece of the Dharma robe is tied around the waist

It is permissible. Protect with a compassionate mind. If someone leaves a child with me, do not protect him with the intention of making him a servant later, or hoping to demand a lot of rewards by using this as a threat, but because you feel sorry for him and seek refuge, you should treat him with compassion. If his relatives offer, you can accept. If the parents or relatives of the child who was left behind offer gifts or clothes to the monk as a thank you, there is no sin in accepting them. It is also okay to give rewards in the end. For example, if the child who was left behind did not die but survived, and the parents gave money and goods out of gratitude, it can be accepted. It is also okay to know the kindness. For example, if the child who was rescued says, "You are mine," and offers money, it can be accepted. Do not ask for rewards. If a monk saves a child, do not say, "Give me a reward." Fruits, etc. can be possessed. If a benefactor offers fruits, etc. to the Sangha or an individual, it can be accepted no matter who offers it. Pottery jars of ghee, sesame, honey, and brown sugar are also acceptable. All of the above-mentioned items, filled with pottery jars, can be accepted no matter who offers them to the Sangha or an individual. Its container is also acceptable. For example, the above-mentioned containers, pottery, etc., can be accepted if offered. Its base. At the bottom of the pottery jar, there is a base made of wicker. Do not use containers for urine and alcohol. If containers such as pottery jars are touched by urine or alcohol, do not accept them even if they are offered. Even if we have it, we should discard it. Cooking or burning for the Sangha should be protected. Cooking food and carrying, etc., burning and cooking are also for the Sangha, even if the monk says, "Burn this, this is Dharma," it cannot be considered cooked. Abbot Bishuda said that when cooking food, a bad monk should be kept watching. Before the food arrives, do not seal it with a seal, it can enter but not be used. When receiving alms, do not put the bowl on the palm of your hand to beg before the food arrives, but hold the covered food. There is no sin in holding the cloth covering the bowl. Do not doubt that these containers and bases for carrying food are not public. Just as the four types of containers for carrying food are not allowed for personal use, nuns are also not allowed to carry them. A sick nun's hat is not allowed without inspection. When a nun is sick, what kind of hat can she wear?
