If there is excess food, the elder stipulates that it should be distributed to those who are always confined within the Sangha. Do not take food without informing the elderly and infirm beforehand, saying "This is a collection of bad luck." If one takes food without saying these words, it offends the elder, so the elder stipulates that one should say "This is a collection that comes from bad luck." After preparing food and inviting, if someone extra comes, mix the food together. If a donor specifies the number and invites, but there are extra monks who come, the elder should inform the donor how many monks have come. Do not leave the three robes to a monk. If a sick monk has a monastic friend who offers the three robes, do not say "If you die tomorrow or anytime, without any other way, these robes should be offered to the Sangha," because if I do not die, I will commit faults every day. If the Sangha accepts, their thought should be "If he recovers, we will return it to him," and do not have other thoughts. Just like the supplementary part of the Vinaya says, if a sick monk offers the robes and dedicates them as an offering to the Sangha, the Sangha should also think "If he recovers, we will return this robe to him," and then accept it, so that the robe will be returned. If he dies, put the robe on top or underneath. Place a cloth underneath the dead monk and cover him with another cloth on top, and then discard it. Just like the supplementary part of the Vinaya says, the cloth covering the corpse should not be good, it should be mediocre. Do not use the cloth from the supplementary part of the Vinaya. If a wealthy monk dies, even if a monastic friend says "Cover him with many good cloths and then discard him," it should be wrapped appropriately and then discarded. The subtle points including questions are all included, this is about the actual object of cloth. Arising from questions and subtle points etc., this is the end of the actual object of cloth. This is about the actual object of cloth. From here onwards, the actual object of leather will be explained. The boundary of the central region is: the center of the country is, even the early Buddhas passed away from there, and the future will also pass away there, because they passed away from Mahabodhi, therefore Vajrasana is the center of the country. From where it is considered the center will be explained below. The eastern boundary is from the garden in front of Pundravardhana, called Adaka. From the boundary called Pundravardhana onwards, it is all considered the center.
