Pa'o. When a person who accepts and accepts with faith enters the Sangha, if he ordains or dies without uttering the words of offering faith, it is considered that he has accepted faith. If a bhikkhu is arrested by another on the fifteenth day, and that bhikkhu dies. If a bhikkhu friend is imprisoned by another, whether he lives within the same boundary or elsewhere, he should say, "Please let me go, I have something to do," when it is time for the Uposatha. He should say to him, "Follow your practice of pure conduct." If he says, "Let me go later," then he should say, "Follow your practice of pure conduct, you must practice the Uposatha according to the Dharma, if you do not let me go, you will be guilty," and so on, and then say, "Please let me go." If he does not let go, then together with the previous words, say, "I and they still have a little matter." Even if it is as stated in the Sutra, if he still does not let go, then he should also say the words stated in the Sutra, saying, "This bhikkhu and we have a dispute, it is not permissible not to let go." That is, or make a mandala. It should be done as stated in the Sutra, if he does not let go, it is because of the occurrence of an accident. Even if the great boundary is not broken, it is okay, use a small boundary, cover it with an eye mask, there is no need to do the work of supplication and request, Uposatha can be done in it. Afterwards, in order for him to escape, do not fail to work hard. When the time for Uposatha arrives, one must also try to find ways to free the imprisoned bhikkhu from imprisonment. If there is doubt, it will be rushed. When performing the Uposatha, clearly seeing a similar bhikkhu coming from elsewhere, or knowing that he is coming from elsewhere to perform the Uposatha because of the time, if one performs the Uposatha with doubt in mind, it will be rushed and uneasy, therefore one should not perform the Uposatha and remain. To act with the intention of wanting to change separately is a gross offense. Within a single boundary, without asking for the faith of other Sanghas, do not gather four or five, even if you do not ask for faith, it is okay, but if you perform the Uposatha, nothing can be accomplished, and you commit a gross offense of division. If you suspect or investigate whether it is interrupted, do not fail to commit an offense. As stated in the Sutra, even if you do not accept faith, it is okay, but if you perform the Uposatha, you commit a gross offense, that is, if you do not ask for faith, whether it is permissible or not, it is impossible to determine, if you do it while hesitating, it is also okay.

Even if not accepted, it can be said that even if one performs the Uposatha, it will become grand. If one searches from the heart, it will become pure. When performing the Uposatha, if there is a bhikkhu remaining in the boundary, or not, search from the heart and call out, and if not found, and one is certain that there is none, even if the Uposatha is performed, it is acceptable, and even if a bhikkhu appears later, it is fine. It is not just a matter of checking. If one does not search from the heart, but lazily searches casually, and if a bhikkhu appears, it cannot be done. Searching, enemies, and high places, looking in all directions is like that. Searching for whether there is a bhikkhu, one should also call out with sound. One should also look from a high place. Search carefully, and if not found, the search is considered complete, and there is no fault. The object of the Uposatha, that is, the gathering is completed. Holding the ritual of gathering for the Uposatha. One should perform the Uposatha, that is, on the fifteenth day of the half-month, by explaining the Pratimoksha Sutra. Performing the Uposatha is to gather on the fifteenth day and the half-month, and one who holds the Vinaya recites the Pratimoksha Sutra. If it comes lawfully, it will not be unsuccessful. If it comes lawfully, the lawfully arising itself is the Pratimoksha, so there is no need to prohibit the Pratimoksha. The prayer and the scriptures were forgotten before, and then they were explained. Prohibiting the Pratimoksha is to first prohibit the praise, and then prohibit the prayer and the mantra of request, prohibiting the chapter that says "Venerables, the Uposatha of the Sangha is fourteen or fifteen." Explaining its basis in detail, after finishing explaining the basis of establishing the Pratimoksha, without touching the beginning of the Parajika, even if one mentions the name of another sutra and recites the end, it is permissible to request. After explaining the four Pratimokshas, after the prayer and the mantra of request are finished, reciting other sutras, one cannot recite the end. If one says, "The remaining is what is heard." If the four Parajikas are finished, one says, "From this point onwards, it is what was heard before," and then reciting other sutras, reciting the end is also permissible. After reciting the remaining part of the Sangha, from this point onwards, mentioning the sutra, saying "From this point onwards, it is what was heard before," reciting the end is also permissible. Reciting up to the two unclear parts, saying "From this point onwards, it is what was heard before," reciting the end is also permissible. Created a sect.
