If. Vows are not like that. A mute and a deaf person, unable to speak, if they make a vow in their heart, it becomes a vow, and if they confess their sins with their mind, they become pure. Bowing to the Buddha and taking refuge, even if one cannot speak, accumulates merit. A person who is deaf, mute, and foolish all together is not considered to have taken a vow. That is the vessel. Asking for Dharma robes and alms bowls, and lying, if one says to another person, "This person knows me, and he can also ask others," it becomes a downfall. If one says to someone who cannot ask others, it is not a downfall, it is a minor offense. With speech. Lying and intimidation, etc., only become a downfall when words are spoken from my mouth; gestures and symbols are minor offenses, considered faults. Even if words are not spoken, there may be offenses. For example, intimidation, if the other person understands the gesture, it constitutes a remaining offense. Behavior, intimidation, and begging also only constitute remaining offenses and downfalls when words are spoken. For oneself. Food and clothing, etc., only become a downfall when one begs for oneself; if done through messengers and letters, it is a minor offense, considered a fault. Taking what is not given and killing, etc., even if one does not do it oneself, causing others to do it also results in a Parajika offense. I say. Intimidation, behavior, and begging for clothes and food from non-relatives, etc., if spoken and expressed for oneself, constitute remaining offenses and downfalls; if begging and expressing for others, it is a minor offense, considered a fault. If one makes a vow, then do it. Destroying seeds and trees, and starting fires, etc., if one does it oneself, it is a downfall. Ordering, "Do it yourself," and then causing others to do it, is a fault. The entire explanation belonging to the Vibhanga is complete. In this Parivasa, although there are also explanations from the Vinaya questions, and the four Sutras of the eighteen matters, minor matters, and Pratimoksha, many appear from the Vinaya Vibhanga. It is said to belong to the Vinaya Vibhanga, this Parivasa is complete. Of the eighteen matters, the beginning is ordination and full ordination.

Each of the three, the complete ritual and the dwelling place, is considered a separate item. Of these, dwelling pertains to both ordination and full ordination. The two rituals of ordination and full ordination, although they also appear in the Vinaya-vibhanga and other basic texts, mostly appear in the Vinaya-vastu, and are therefore said to belong to the basic items. The ritual of full ordination downwards, up to this "Parivasika," belongs to the Vinaya-vibhanga. The item of purification downwards, up to the end, belongs to the Vinaya-vastu. The base holds it. Regarding the item of purification, it is explained from here onwards: If one enters a path, one should not meditate on the Thuba (Buddha). A monastery is also not suitable, but a village is acceptable; when walking in the fields, one should not meditate. Do not gather. Do not meditate on the road or in the midst of a crowd of people. One should avoid causes of downfall such as disturbances, wild animals, and madmen. Most of the time, do not meditate in the presence of disturbances and clamor, wild animals that harass and harm, and madmen and those who pretend to be mad. One should choose a secluded place. After the Sangha has deliberated, a secluded and spacious meditation room should be built through the act of requesting and petitioning. In the corridor between two small rooms. The so-called meditation room is to make the opposite house into a small entertainment room, and the middle is made into a partition corridor. Five or six rooms. The so-called small room is that the house can be five or six rooms or more, depending on the number of people. Doors and door panels should be silent, and there should also be a straight method. The small room and the partition in the middle, the door frame and the door panel, and the back door and the latch, should be done in whatever way possible to avoid making noise. Also install door latches and handles for opening the door. The window should preferably be narrow on the outside and wide on the inside, occupying one-third of the space. The method of building house windows is like this, the interior is bright, and it should be done like this. Door frames, partitions in the middle, door panels, waist fixings, nail fixings, tenons, and mortise boards should also be available. If these window facilities are made, thieves and birds etc. can be prevented from entering. If the partition is not enough, it can also be placed on the roof above. There are many people meditating
