etc., fall from animals and ghosts, and remain and fall from the human lineage. The self-nature is not lost. Mad words and actions, and gaga fat, etc., and begging for clothes and food, etc., these are done from madness and loss of self-nature, and the sin will be reduced. Not practicing impurity and stealing, and Ejaculation will not be reduced, but will remain and fail. Likewise, there are eunuchs and hermaphrodites. For eunuchs and hermaphrodites, begging for clothes and sewing clothes, and grabbing limbs, etc., will also be reduced, becoming gross sins and misdeeds. Just like behavior, it is also touching. Grabbing a woman swept away by water, and A girl sitting on her lap, and measuring with a door and meeting and touching, if she was a householder before, it is as innocent as touching. Like half, for the renunciates of external paths, and those who live in ashes, with human skulls, etc., I have renounced for my Dharma, begging for clothes and bowls, or having them sew clothes, or piling up and placing them to give the price of clothes, urging, etc., doing these will reduce, becoming misdeeds. Just like householders, it is the same for the unborn and the damaged. Impure utensils, etc., if the precepts are not established, they will fail, and if the precepts are damaged, begging for bowls and clothes and having them sew, etc., just like doing to householders, they will fall. Those who have received full ordination and have not been damaged are monks and nuns. If a nun walks on the road, or goes out at night without a companion, if the precepts are damaged, if the companion's precepts are established and equal, they can become companions, but if the precepts are not established or damaged, they cannot become companions and will be damaged. If a monk beats, threatens, expels, cuts off food, etc., and if the other monk's precepts are established and not damaged, he will fall. Belonging to my side is approaching sex. Monks who see goodness and favor those who see unwholesomeness and favor them are expelled and investigated, they will not fall, but expelling and beating the good, and expelling and beating the unwholesome, they will fall. Nuns are also the same, expelling the good will cause them to fall.

Oṃ. A person with characteristics falls there, but the householder does not decrease. One enters by shaving one's head in a way that can be endured, and because there is no Khenpo and teacher, they are regarded as the same as householders. If those who are more unsuitable than householders are also allowed to enter a state that can be endured, then falls and misdeeds will occur accordingly. For those who can be householders, it is also permissible to let them enter a state that can be endured. Some Vinaya holders say that it is different from householders, and like a continuously dwelling renunciate, it will become a misdeed. The examination of the renunciate's items being complete, etc., is also the same. If clothes are not blessed with mantras and the night passes, it will become a fall. This refers to the seven types of silk, etc., that a Bhikshu examines as clothes. If they are not blessed with mantras, it will become a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. Clothes that have not been examined, such as blankets and coarse cloth, etc., if the night passes without being blessed with mantras, will not become a Nissaggiya, but a misdeed. Taking clothes from a non-relative householder, if it is begged after examination, it will become a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. Begging without examination is a misdeed. If a bowl is not blessed with mantras and the night passes, it will become a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. This also refers to a bowl that is dyed in color and of suitable size. If it is not blessed with mantras, it will become a Nissaggiya Pacittiya. Begging for a better bowl from a non-relative householder will become a Nissaggiya, which also means that obtaining a bowl of suitable size and changed color will become a Nissaggiya. For oneself, that is the most important thing. Begging for a bowl, clothes, and food from a non-relative will become a fall, which also means that begging for oneself will become a Nissaggiya. Begging for others will become a misdeed. Requesting is because the meaning is understood. Begging for clothes, food, and a bowl from a non-relative, and knowingly lying, etc., if done to a person who speaks the same language and understands the meaning, it will become a fall. Doing it to someone who does not speak the same language, even if the meaning is understood through gestures, is a misdeed. Speaking and understanding, i.e., killing and stealing for oneself, is not. Killing and taking what is not given, as the Sutra Pitaka says, there will be no fault for those who do not speak the same language and do not understand gestures, but it is not so, even if done to those who do not speak the same language, it will become a Parajika. If one indicates through gestures, and after understanding, makes him do it, it will become a Parajika.
