Because of going back and forth (to kill), my father and another person were wearing similar clothes, because of hesitation, unable to distinguish who it was, if killed, and it turned out to be the father, then there would be both unpardonable crime and defeat. If it is an enemy, there is only defeat. If going to kill someone, in the darkness, unable to distinguish whether it is livestock or a person, hesitatingly killing, if it is a person, then in the preparation to kill, a minor offense is committed. If killed, then defeat is committed. If it is livestock, then in the preparation to kill, a gross offense is committed, and killing it results in defeat. If it is intentional, then it is a branch of preparation. Knowing it is livestock and killing it, but it turns out to be a person, then in the preparation, a minor offense of defeat is committed. Killing it results in defeat. Thinking it is a person and killing it, but it turns out to be livestock, then in the preparation to kill, a minor offense of defeat is committed, and there is also a gross offense. Because it is a sentient being, killing it is a defeat. Starting from that thought. Shooting an arrow to kill livestock, but it does not hit it, but hits a person, causing death, this is because it is related to killing a sentient being and a minor offense is committed. If the person dies, there is no offense. A young monk, because the elderly father could not walk, without the intention to kill, in order to make him walk quickly, carefully considered and supported and led him, but he fell and died, or the father's head was bitten by flies, the son drove away the flies, the flies refused to leave, therefore became angry, and hit the flies in order to hit them, the father's head cracked and died, this is the maturation of karma from a previous life, like the back of the head, it is the result of the father's death, because there was no intention to kill, so the father did not commit the offense of defeat. Engaging in impure conduct and ejaculating is also not. In order to engage in impure conduct, an appointment was made with a woman, and in order to engage in impure conduct, she was grabbed, or no appointment was made with a woman, in another place, not the initially designated target woman, the father would not commit defeat, it is not like that, the father committed defeat. In the darkness, thinking it was a horse and engaging in impure conduct, but it turned out to be engaging in impure conduct with a mule, even so, if the mind is not focused, the father commits defeat. Thinking it was the armpit and ejaculating, but it turned out to be below the place that was grabbed, in the thigh or other place, if the mind is not focused, it becomes a residue. Listening to untrue words is also the same. In order to speak the Dharma of a teacher to someone, that person was designated and spoken to, but it turned out to be spoken to another person, and defeat is also committed.

It will change. If you want to say "this person has violated the precepts," you should specifically point it out. If not, saying "violated the precepts" casually is like not having a clear target, and it's a waste of words. If it is permissible to hold all the limbs, then one can be intimate. If a Bhikshu engages in impure conduct, and if the other person and himself have great differences, even their bodies and sexual organs are different and incompatible, then he will not commit a root downfall. Copying refers to copying other content. What will be said below is the copying of offenses, such as grabbing a woman who has scabies, ringworm, or is smeared with filth, like copying a gross offense. Even if you stay away from these, it is the same. If your own hand also has scabies or ringworm, it is a sin to grab a woman with scabies. People and livestock are the same. Grabbing the mouth, vagina, or nipples of livestock that have no hair is a gross offense. Grabbing hair and fluff is a minor offense. If your own hand has scabies and you grab the flesh of livestock, it is also a minor offense. Except for touching the limbs not through magical transformations. If it is a woman transformed by magic, saying obscene words and actions to her in the air will not be a residual offense, but a gross offense. If you transform yourself by magic and say obscene words and actions to a woman in the air, because you can control yourself, you will commit a residual offense. Even if there is no direct contact, just touching it slightly is the same. Copying residual offenses, gross offenses, and minor offenses is because the other person's flesh is rotten and has scabies, and there is little pleasure. Gagaཚིལ་ is also the same. The act of Gagaཚིལ་, if it is done because the other person's flesh has scabies, ringworm, etc., then it is reduced from a serious offense to a minor offense. If your own hand has ringworm and you touch the other person's scabies, it is also a minor offense. As with other situations, nails, teeth, bones without flesh, and hair. Grabbing a woman's teeth, nails, and bones that have no flesh and only bones are exposed is a gross offense. It is a minor offense for a woman to touch a Bhikshu with her nails, teeth, and bones. Grabbing the hair on a woman's body is a gross offense. It is a minor offense for the hair on a Bhikshu's body to touch the hair on a woman's body. This refers to the act of sexual intercourse. The act of Gagaཚིལ་, asking for clothes, matchmaking, and saying obscene words.
