It is also the same. It is explained at the end of the Mūlasarvāstivāda Vinaya: When a bhikṣu engages in sexual intercourse, before the small one transforms into female genitalia, because it has become female, it is not counted as a remaining offense for men. It is counted as a downfall for women. When a bhikṣuṇī disrobes and lies down, even if the small one has not transformed into male genitalia, because it has become male, it is not counted as a pārājika for women, but as a saṃghāvaśeṣa for men, as explained in the commentary. Some Vinaya holders say that the moment of engaging in sexual intercourse is a pārājika, so even if it later transforms into male, it is of no benefit, it is not a saṃghāvaśeṣa, but a pārājika. Engaging in sexual intercourse is also a remaining offense at the time of ordination, so later becoming female is not counted, it is not a downfall, but a remaining offense. Writing is also mine. When a bhikṣuṇī inserts foreign objects into the female genitalia or engages in sexual intercourse, if it transforms into male genitalia, this is a change of sex. Engaging in sexual intercourse from the male genitalia is also not counted as a change of sex, it is merely a downfall. Less than ten days also belongs to this. If a bhikṣu's bowl has passed ten days without being blessed with a mantra, it is a downfall. If eight or nine days have passed, and it transforms into female without being blessed with a mantra, then the previous nine days are not counted. From the time of the change of sex, if two days have passed, it is counted as a downfall for women. After a bhikṣuṇī changes sex, two days are not counted. From the time of the change of sex, it is counted as ten days in the position of a man. If it is not a field, it is destroyed. If a bhikṣuṇī transforms into male genitalia, then she must keep the 253 precepts of a bhikṣu. Apart from the 253 precepts, the particularly important precepts of a bhikṣuṇī, such as not wearing a skirt when the thighs are exposed, and not entering towns with desire, even if they are not kept, there is no fault. The hidden offense is not there. If a bhikṣuṇī has committed a saṃghāvaśeṣa and has hidden it, but transforms into male genitalia, then there is no need to carry out the punishment for hiding. It is sufficient to perform six days of penance in the position of a man. If a bhikṣu has committed a saṃghāvaśeṣa and has hidden it, but transforms into female, then it is necessary to carry out the punishment for hiding. It is sufficient to perform half a month of penance in the position of a woman. A punishment that has already been decided has no result. If a bhikṣu has committed a saṃghāvaśeṣa and is performing penance, and changes sex before one day has passed, then the penance performed before is not counted, in relation to the bhikṣuṇī.

A bhikṣuṇī should begin the process of seeking satisfaction (māgubā) from the first of the fifteen days. If a certain bhikṣuṇī has no remainder and, during the fifteen days of seeking satisfaction, transforms into a male before one day has passed, then the previous actions are not counted, and she should begin the process of seeking satisfaction from the sixth day in the presence of a bhikṣu. The rules there have also changed. At the time of gender transformation, whether one incurs offenses or not, etc., will be explained later. After the gender transformation is complete, even if one becomes male, one should uphold the 253 precepts of a male bhikṣu. If one becomes female, one should uphold the 364 precepts of a female bhikṣuṇī. At that time, I will do it. If a bhikṣu enters into meditation and kills someone who is about to become an arhat at that moment, then there are two offenses: pārājika and anantariya-karma. If at that time he has not yet become an arhat, but will become an arhat soon after, and he strikes him with a weapon with the intention to kill him, although he does not die immediately, if he later becomes an arhat and then dies, it is only a pārājika offense, and it will not become an anantariya-karma. What is born from others is not one's own lineage. During the time of King Ashoka, a person named ཚང་པ་ found two large and good eggs near a rock on the other side of the sea and offered them to the king. The king had the eggs sold, and from the eggs emerged two people suffering from the disease called སྒོ་དའི་ནད་. These two later received full ordination. Like this, if one kills someone whose parents are not human but born from the animal realm, one will also commit a pārājika offense. It is the same if one kills someone who acts like another lineage. If a bhikṣu transforms himself into the form of a goat, sheep, or other shape through mantras or medicine, and is in that state, if he kills someone without knowing it is a human, then at the time of killing, he commits a duşkṛta offense. If the flesh is human flesh, then it becomes a pārājika offense. If he knows it is a human and kills him, then there are three offenses: duşkṛta, sthūlātyaya, and pārājika. If one abides in another place, then it is not another. Whether one kills a bhikṣu, bhikṣuṇī, non-ordained male or female, śrāmaṇera, householder, etc., one commits a pārājika offense. Whether one kills a child, an old person, someone within arrow range, or a young person, killing any of these people results in a pārājika offense. Entering without offense and then cutting off. Building a remaining house, if a bhikṣu disrobes and becomes a householder during the construction, then the offense of starting the construction is finished, and it is not considered another offense. If he becomes a bhikṣu again and continues to build that house, then the duşkṛta offense from the beginning of the construction
