If a man and a woman are introduced to each other, and this is mediated, it becomes a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, just as a monk introducing a man and a woman becomes a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense. On top of the monk's introduction, these additions are made: If a nun discusses with a friend, saying that a certain nun has disrobed and returned home, enjoying the five desires, then it constitutes a sthūlātyaya offense. Introducing a prostitute is also the same. If a woman is dressed with ornaments and other flirtatious items, and then she is made to prostitute herself for the sake of desire, it also constitutes a sthūlātyaya offense. If she is sent away for a reward, it will not constitute a different offense. If a maidservant or a female slave is adorned and sent away for the purpose of receiving payment for sexual services, it also constitutes a sthūlātyaya offense. The nun's introduction is a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense of the Saṃgha. The Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense of introduction is complete. Next, the Saṃghāvaśeṣa offenses of unfounded accusations and fabricated accusations will be explained. If a nun accuses another nun of a Pārājika offense, or accuses her with the characteristics of a Pārājika offense, it becomes a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, and its branches and explanations are the same as those of a monk. The male corresponds to the female, and the female corresponds to the male. If a monk accuses a monk of an unfounded offense, or fabricates an offense, just like that, if a nun also accuses her nun friend of an unfounded offense, or fabricates an offense, it also constitutes a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense. The target of the offense accused from the monk will be explained elsewhere. The Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense of the Saṃgha concerning fabrication and unfounded accusations is complete. Next, the Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense of receiving material possessions will be explained. Even a small amount taken as one's own is also included. If one receives material possessions from another and takes them as one's own, it becomes a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, because of attachment to one branch. If one receives offerings with a mind of desire, it becomes a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, because one branch has arisen. If one receives from a man with desire, it becomes a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, because it is one branch. If one possesses these branches, it becomes a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense. Attachment and non-attachment are also included. If a nun has desire, and a man also has desire for non-celibate conduct with that nun, receiving material possessions in this situation constitutes a Saṃghāvaśeṣa offense. If both the nun and the man receive without desire, there is no offense. If there is no attachment, it constitutes a sthūlātyaya offense. If the nun does not have a mind of desire, but the man has a mind of desire, receiving material possessions constitutes a sthūlātyaya offense. The offense committed is non-attachment. If the nun is

If there is desire (on the woman's side), taking from (the man's side) without desire is a pārājika offense. It is a minor offense. The remaining pārājika offense of taking property with a mind of desire is complete. Explaining the remaining pārājika offense of causing someone to take property: If advising a bhikṣuṇī, if there is no attachment to clinging, slightly appropriating it as one's own, there is no offense. If one bhikṣuṇī says to another bhikṣuṇī, "Take property from a man," if both the woman taking the property and the man have desire, even if the bhikṣuṇī causing the taking has no desire, both are pārājika offenses. If the man has desire, even if the taker and the causer of the taking have no desire, both will become sthūlātyaya offenses. If the man has no desire, even if the bhikṣuṇī taking the property has desire, both bhikṣuṇīs are prāyaścittika offenses. If all three have no mind of desire, there is no offense. It is instructing to slightly appropriate. The remaining pārājika offense of causing someone to take property with desire is complete. Explaining the remaining pārājika offense of going out at night: The following four situations, if there is no bhikṣuṇī (companion). Below, going into town at night, traveling on the road during the day, crossing a river, and walking outside the boundary during the day, these four situations, if there is no bhikṣuṇī as a companion, will become pārājika offenses. Except for one-third of the case. If a bhikṣuṇī takes a companion, whatever of the four mentioned later. If a companion is taken, because it is less than one-third, it is a prāyaścittika offense. It is a śrāmaṇerikā. Like the pārājika offense in the sūtra, becoming a prāyaścittika offense because it is less than one-third is because the śrāmaṇerikā voluntarily accompanies and is led. One-third is a śrāmaṇerī. Taking a śrāmaṇerī as a companion, because it is less than two-thirds, will become a sthūlātyaya offense. The situation of no offense is being unwilling and leaving. If a bhikṣuṇī takes a companion to go, and that companion runs away, or dies, or disrobes, or is taken by thieves, and only oneself remains, there is no offense. It is the same because of going due to an obstacle. If the bhikṣuṇī who is taken as a companion has a cause of being teased by someone like a minister or a local official, there is an obstacle to brahmacarya, or a trade with a risk to life, and the companion returns, leaving only one bhikṣuṇī, there is no offense. Just like the combination, until the moment of the final thought.
