After washing, praise with the verses spoken from the mouth, and give the water from the alms bowl. If someone asks for the water after washing the alms bowl in order to receive offerings, wash it three times to purify it, then fill it with water, consecrate it with the verses spoken from the mouth, and give it. Do not place the alms bowl on an unspread surface; do not place the alms bowl where nothing is spread. Do not wash standing up. Do not wash the alms bowl standing up. Do not do both of these things to the body either. Do not place or wash the alms bowl on the ground or on the body. Not on a cliff, not on a garbage heap, not at a crossroads. In all these places mentioned, do not place or wash the alms bowl. Do not seize the flow of water, and do not tolerate those who seize it. When the water flows strongly, do not hold the alms bowl with its mouth facing upwards to collect water. Because this is even worse than excrement and urine. From this sutra onwards, until it says later, "Do not stand to urinate or defecate," unless there is a cause of illness, it is a transgression to do so without being ill. If it is not so. If there is no cause of illness, one must guard against it. Do not teach the Dharma to someone sitting while standing. Do not teach the Dharma standing to someone sitting. Do not teach the Dharma to someone lying down while sitting. Do not teach the Dharma sitting to someone lying down. Do not teach the Dharma to someone sitting on a high seat to someone sitting on a low seat, or to someone sitting on a high seat to someone sitting on a low seat. It is the same for good and bad. Do not teach the Dharma to someone sitting on a good seat to someone sitting on a bad seat. Someone coming from outside is the road for someone going ahead. Do not teach the Dharma to someone sitting behind someone going ahead. It is not the road, so do not teach the Dharma to someone on the road. Just as one walks on the road, do not walk on the left or right side of the road while teaching the Dharma. Do not teach the Dharma to someone who has covered their head, etc. Do not teach the Dharma to someone who has covered or wrapped their head. Do not teach the Dharma to someone riding a horse, elephant, etc., or riding in a vehicle, palanquin, bed, or wearing wooden shoes. For those mentioned above, do not teach the Dharma while riding or wearing them, unless one has no means of riding. Do not teach the Dharma to someone wearing shoes or wooden shoes. Do not teach the Dharma to someone with a hat, diadem, topknot, turban, or garland on their head. Do not teach the Dharma to someone whose head is adorned with the things mentioned above. Do not teach the Dharma to someone holding an umbrella, staff, sword, or weapon in their hand. Do not teach the Dharma to someone holding the things mentioned above. Do not teach the Dharma to someone wearing armor. Yala

Do not climb a tree taller than the height of a person unless it is an emergency. A frightening event occurred. Do not climb even a tall tree, except for climbing, do not climb anything taller than the height of a person. These are the precepts. Many precepts are completed. The precepts are completed, this is the Pratimoksha of a Bhikshu. The Sutra explaining the Pratimoksha of a Bhikshu, based on the Vinaya Vibhanga, is completed. From here onwards, this is the Sutra from the twelve thousand sections of the Bhikshuni Vinaya, which explains the Bhikshuni precepts. Up to the words that lead to downfall, these are for Bhikshunis. From below, until the Sutra that says "leading to downfall" appears, from here onwards, these are the Bhikshuni precepts. This is the fourth. The four Parajikas of a Bhikshu and the Parajikas of a Bhikshuni have already been explained later. Now explaining the Parajika of touching, which is taking possession. Because of wanting to be happy, one commits a Parajika, which is one limb. From the eyes to the knees. If a Bhikshuni touches a man with the part from below the eyes to above the knees, she commits a Parajika, which is touching one limb. Because of touching, one commits a Parajika, which is one limb. A man. Because a man tolerates sexual intercourse, one commits a Parajika, which is one limb. Because of wanting sexual intercourse. If a man also touches a Bhikshuni with the thought of sexual intercourse, he commits a Parajika, which is one limb. If it is another limb, it is a Sthulakritya. If a Bhikshuni touches a man with the part from above the eyes to below the knees, it is a Sthulakritya, if she possesses the above-mentioned limbs, she commits a Parajika. Even if the man knows it at that time, it is the same. Touching, if the Bhikshuni has a mind of desire, and the man also has a mind of
