Those who are already seated but have not yet eaten, and those who are not eating food, should also be told by any monk: "Do not arrange during the Sangha's meal." If not told, three or more monks who rise to become the Sangha, then all monks who have eaten and not eaten will confess. Less than three monks who do not rise to become the Sangha commit a minor offense and confess to one person. The category is. The place where the donor prepares food is: preparing food in the Sangha's temple, preparing food on the monastery grounds, and inviting to the donor's own home. Any of these three situations, if arranged by a bhikkhuni, will be confessed. If she finds the boundary of words, that is a root downfall. When eating, if you hear the bhikkhuni arranging and saying "Please eat," etc., you will confess. If not, that is a minor offense. When eating, if each sits in a separate room, and those in one room do not hear the words of arrangement, that is a minor offense of confession. If the announcement is used in the middle. If you have heard beforehand that a bhikkhuni is arranging, and knowingly eat, hearing the bhikkhuni say the words of arrangement, but not hearing a monk friend announce "Do not arrange," you will confess. Therefore, strive to write. Knowing that it is being arranged like the back of a sutra, and the monk who has not heard the words of announcement from a monk friend, if he has already eaten the food, and the friends say, "A bhikkhuni is arranging," ask, "Did you announce again?" If you hear "Announced," you will not confess, there is no offense. If the elder does not participate, let the younger participate. When eating, if a bhikkhuni is arranging, announcing again "Do not arrange," this is because the person sitting in the first row announces. If the person in the first row announces, then the person sitting below announces in order. If the seats are unequal, eating without preventing the arrangement, that is, each confesses two. On the food invited by a householder by a bhikkhuni, the downfall of arrangement is completed. Now explain the confession of each of the trainings. If one becomes impoverished due to giving to faith, then study the precepts of this category. If a lay devotee has strong faith, makes offerings and gives to the Three Jewels and the Sangha, and therefore becomes impoverished, then invite that donor to the home.

Even if invited, the Sangha should not go, nor should they take property; this is a lower law. Please announce it thus. As stated in the Root Sutra, the enactment of a lower law is done through the act of requesting and announcing. This is the lifting of the ban. If one wishes to lift a previously enacted lower law, it should also be lifted through the act of requesting and announcing. One should understand the mind of the donor, that is, go to their house, use the cushions, and teach the Dharma. If a layperson becomes poor, and the Sangha is unwilling to go to their house, or if they are in debt, the Sangha should not go under any circumstances. Even if there is no food, they should still teach the Dharma and go if it is appropriate. Because they are displeased with this, one should go to that layperson's house, use the cushions, and teach the Dharma, and so on. Do not allow begging with an empty bowl. When going to that layperson's house, first fill the bowl, because after giving alms, they will be saddened that the bowl is empty. Therefore, do not send an empty bowl; if it must be sent, beg from elsewhere and fill it before sending it. Give to them (food). For the children who are begging, do not directly give them what is taken from alms. If the bowl is filled with food and the children of that layperson beg and take the food, then break the food into small pieces and give it to them. If given directly, the children will wander around the village with the food in their hands, sit there and eat, and the neighbors will mock them, saying, "In the past, that layperson used to give food to the monks, but now they are begging food from the monks and eating it." Therefore, do not give it directly. If necessary, lift (the ban) later. If that poor layperson becomes wealthy again and invites the Sangha, and if they do not accept, then the previously enacted lower law should be lifted and abolished, and then they should go. For the precepts that have been established, they should also be lifted and abolished, and then accepted. Within the category of established precepts, unless one has not heard of it before and eats or accepts prohibited items, it is permissible to eat gagana (Tibetan medicine, Sanskrit transliteration, literal meaning unknown), roots, or undamaged blue plants. If a lower law has been enacted prohibiting going to the house of a poor layperson, but one still goes there and takes or eats property, one should confess separately. There is no fault if one is invited in front of someone who has not enacted a lower law, but under the circumstances of having enacted a lower law, one desires to eat food, or gagana, roots, leaves, etc., are damaged or
