Then it is not considered a violation. Know that the places Asma, Paranda, and Kan do not exist. In the places Asma, Paranda, and Kan, where it is allowed to wear bark clothes, even if you bathe frequently, you will not break the precepts. If conditions permit, do not conduct small-scale inspections. If you are wet by the rain, you are allowed to bathe, so do not deliberately get wet by the rain and not bathe. In remote areas, it is allowed to complete the precepts with five ashes, but using only five is not enough, and it cannot be completed with the Sangha. Just like these two examples, do not rely on all the allowed words and easily change the precepts. This is about the downfall of bathing. The downfall of bathing is over. The ten categories of the ninety downfalls are over. Now explain the downfall of killing animals. If you kill an animal with the intention to kill, you will commit a downfall, constituting one limb. The same is true for beating livestock. Even if you beat an animal for the purpose of killing it, you will commit a downfall due to the beating, constituting one limb. Or, the animal dies as a result. Whether you kill it yourself and it dies immediately, or you beat it and it does not die immediately, but dies later, as long as it dies, you will commit a downfall, constituting one limb. Possessing these limbs will cause you to commit a downfall for killing an animal. If you mistake a non-sentient being for a sentient being, or make an image or painting of a sentient being and destroy it, it constitutes a misdeed. This is about killing animals. The downfall of killing animals is over. Now explain doubt. If you say to someone who has not been fully ordained, "You have committed Parajika," etc., or accuse her because you are not a Bhikkhuni. If you say to a Bhikkhu, "Your utensils are not complete," etc., whatever words you say that do not conform to the precepts, as long as you accuse him of "You have not been ordained," or accuse someone who has not committed Parajika of having committed Parajika, you will commit a downfall, constituting one limb. The Six Groups said to the Bhikkhus that the Seventeen Groups were ordained before they were of age, or the son killed his father and died as a result, or there were Parajika and Avici sins, and they would break the precepts as a result. If the object of accusation is also a Bhikkhu, you will commit a downfall, and possessing these two limbs will cause you to commit a downfall. Even if no doubt arises, just joking with the intention of creating discomfort will break the precepts. If the other party is an unpleasant Bhikkhu,

If one says that not keeping the precepts is due to displeasure, etc., if one says that the offender is not a Bhikshuni, and that it is not for the purpose of making someone unhappy but just playing, then one commits a Dukkrta. If someone else says it, then one commits a Dukkrta. If one doubts whether it is a Sanghavasesa or a Parajika, then one commits a Dukkrta. It is doubt. The Parajika of doubt is completed. Now explaining the Parajika of touching with fingers. If a Bhikshu touches and rubs a Bhikshu, he will commit a Parajika, that is, with one limb, such as fingers, fists, elbows, shoulders, head, sides, back, ribs, chest, knees, buttocks, and the big toe of the foot, etc., touching and rubbing. Whatever is mentioned by name, any of these, if one rubs with these, one will commit a Parajika, that is, one limb. With a strong desire. When rubbing, with a strong desire for playing or teasing, one will commit a Parajika, that is, one limb. If one possesses these limbs, one will commit the Parajika of rubbing. Therefore, showing wounds, freckles, boils, moles, and hair whorls, there is no Parajika. Whatever is mentioned by name, if it is on the body, and one points with a finger to show and look, there is no offense. Even if there are multiple Parajikas, it is one. Rubbing, not each finger becomes a Parajika, but only one Parajika. It is the Parajika of rubbing. The Parajika of rubbing is completed. Now explaining the Parajika of joy. One should be careful in the water area. Rejoicing and playing in the water, one will commit a Parajika, that is, one limb. Entering the water, the body sinking into the water, emerging from the water, reaching the other shore. Walking back and forth in the water, going down the stream, going against the stream, slapping the water to make sounds, making frog sounds, putting the mouth into the water and making "blub blub" sounds, splashing water, whether throwing stones or splashing water with a dipper, rotating the hand in the water, whether throwing a Vajra into the water, or something similar to a Vajra.
