Do not let me enter. (If) a mistake has occurred and is punished by penalty, there are seven kinds, any of which is acceptable. These seven are: always arguing with nuns; for the remaining offenses of the Sangha, it is not permissible to confess; causing the lineage to decline; scolding a householder who practices virtue as practicing wrongly; saying that one has seen someone committing an offense; not allowing confession of offenses committed; saying that even if one has committed Pārājika and other offenses, it will not be interrupted. Doing any of these seven things will result in punishment. Confession is through ordination as a fully ordained monk. As stated in the Sutra, if someone ordains and receives full ordination, saying that they will abandon previous offenses, then the punishment and expulsion for previous offenses are included in the complete act of discipline, so there is no need for punishment and expulsion. If one has committed an offense before, and the Sangha has already punished him, then do not accuse him of previous offenses, and it is not that he cannot receive full ordination, whoever does it is fine, because he is innocent. Even if he does not confess after receiving full ordination, he should be condemned in front of the Sangha. As stated in the Sutra, if someone ordains and receives full ordination, and confesses that he will abandon previous offenses, then give him full ordination. If he does not abandon previous offenses and does not confess, then punish and condemn him with the punishment of the Sangha. If punishment is not possible, expel him as before. If he says he did not see it, that is lying, and it is a downfall. As stated in the Sutra, if someone commits an offense and says he did not see it and conceals it, then it becomes a lie. Punishment should be carried out as before. Starting from the following Sutra, if asked whether it is like speaking with a name, if yes, then do not let him ordain and receive full ordination. The discipline is to confess, having committed offenses against the abbot and the Sangha. Hand cut off, foot cut off, wrist cut off, ankle cut off, fingers stiff, unable to bend and stretch. No lips, upper and lower lips cut off or missing. Limbs with tattoos. Tattoos with vitiligo and leprosy. Elderly, referring to those over seventy years old. Even if seventy years old, if he knew the Sutras and Matrika, etc., when he was a layperson before, it is acceptable. Young people
