Even eating a mouthful of food will cause a fall. If one says they do not want one of the precepts, then eating again from that unwanted portion is a violation of the precept of misconduct, while other foods, etc., are without fault, according to the Ṭīkā. Some Vinaya holders say that whatever is said to be unwanted, eating that portion leads to a fall and wrongdoing, but eating something else after saying one does not want it is without fault. Saying "Give me some" is also the same. If one takes something saying "Give me this food," it will lead to a fall. The Ṭīkā states that if one takes one item, everything given afterward will lead to a fall. The precept is that if one eats what was taken, it is a misconduct. Some Vinaya holders say that if one eats what was taken, it leads to a fall and misconduct, but giving something other than what was taken is without fault. Saying "Go away" is also the same. Whether one thinks of not wanting the offered food or not, if one says "Go away," it is included in not wanting, and if one eats later, the food will lead to a fall, and the precept will be a misconduct. Saying "I ate" is also the same. If one says "I ate" from what was given, whether one thinks of not wanting it or not, it is included in saying one does not want it, and if one eats, the food will lead to a fall, and the precept will be a misconduct, unless the sound of "a moment" is uttered. Like the three sūtras, what is not included in saying one does not want it is if one says "Wait a moment" or says "A moment, gradually," and there is something else, it is not included in the words of not wanting, and even if one eats, it will not lead to a fall. When wanting a portion of food and asking for it, even if one says "Contagious disease," it is not included in not wanting, and even if one eats, there is no fault. Saying "Enough" is also the same. If one says "Enough" or says "Full," and then eats, the food will lead to a fall, and the precept will be a misconduct. If one cannot hold the bowl upright, it is thin porridge. Thin porridge is not included in food, nor is it included in not wanting, and if one stands up twice and drinks it, or says one does not want it and drinks it, it will be a misconduct. The measure of thin porridge is that if one can hold the bowl and endure it, it is included in food. If it is gruel, it is the same if five fingers are not visible. Gruel is also not included in food, and if one stands up twice and drinks it, or says one does not want it and drinks it, it will be a misconduct. The measure of what is included in gruel is that if the traces of fingers are visible, it is included in food. If they are not visible, it is included in gruel.

Okay. Deception is not giving and receiving. If someone pretends to give verbally for the sake of playing, but knows in their heart that they have not given, and says they do not want it, then later if it is truly given, accepting and eating it is not a sin. The outside of the boundary, and the remaining mantra, if interrupted by things mentioned by name in between, cannot become a mantra. In order not to be included in the remainder, being interrupted by water, canals, garbage, etc., and from the aspect of non-accomplishment, one sitting on the ground, one sitting in the sky, or both sides being exhausted, or being far apart, if not in front, one cannot control the remainder. If chanting mantras while sitting behind or beside, it is not considered doing the remainder. If sitting upright in front, and not interrupted by the boundary, one can chant the mantra. It is also okay if the thing to be done is not in hand. The method of chanting mantras is that both oneself and the person chanting the mantra lift one hand from below and cover with the other hand from above. If the mantra is not chanted in this way, it will not be accomplished. Things that have not been examined should not be done. Food that has not been examined, such as garlic, or food cooked by monks, or fried food, even if mantras are chanted, will not be accomplished. Do not chant or not chant. It is also not okay to mix with those things. Chanting mantras will not be accomplished even if examined food and unexamined food are mixed together. Do not abandon the place. Do not do it to a monk who has finished eating and stood up, but do it to a monk who has not stood up, who is eating and sitting. It is the same as examining things that are not eaten. A monk who is to do the remainder, after finishing eating, has decided in his heart not to eat, but his buttocks have not yet been lifted, it is not a sin to ask him to do the remainder. After asking. The person who is to do the remainder also asks, "Is it okay to do the remainder?" The person who is to do the remainder should not say, "Do it according to the rules." Say, "Go, this is yours." After the monk who is doing the remainder finishes chanting the mantra, he says, "This food is yours, take it." Give it. Some also say, "Eat as you please." After the monk who is doing the remainder finishes chanting the mantra, it is okay to say, "As you please." Some Vinaya holders say this. The last two sentences of the Sutra are also okay. After eating two or three mouthfuls. Doing the remainder means that the monk who is doing the remainder eats two or three mouthfuls
