As for "unhappy mind," it refers to those who come to be ordained. Even if the mind is unhappy, the Mūrdhaja (top-born caste), the Shakya clan, and the son of the fire god (Agni) with matted hair can be ordained. "Shakya" refers to those who belong to the Shakya clan, who are brave and do not retreat from enemies, do not drink alcohol, and never abandon the sacred Dharma. Therefore, they belong to the Shakya clan, and they are without falsehood and deception, so even if the mind is unhappy, it is acceptable. "Son of the fire god with matted hair" refers to those sons of the fire god who have also forgotten the fire god and also keep matted hair. They believe that the view of self is Nirvana beyond suffering, and they believe that there is cause and effect of good and evil, so even if the mind is unhappy, it is acceptable. "Except for" refers to the Shakya clan and the son of the fire god with matted hair, even if the mind is unhappy, it refers to except for Kṛt. The meaning from "Mūr" to is that, except for the Shakya clan and the son of the fire god with matted hair, all other Mūrdhajas cannot be ordained and fully ordained. The distinction between who can be ordained and who cannot will be explained below. "Kṛt" refers to those Mūrdhajas and unhappiness, etc., except for Mūrdhaja. "Kṛt" refers to asking "Is there no obstacle?", meaning that if there is an obstacle, it is not acceptable. From "That" to "except for" refers to the fact that "Mūrdhaja" appears after the two sutras, and the sutra says that, except for the Shakya clan and the son of the fire god with matted hair who are unhappy, other Mūrdhajas cannot be ordained and fully ordained even if they are unhappy. If the mind is happy, then all Mūrdhajas can be ordained and fully ordained. The method of making the mind happy and the standard of happiness and unhappiness will be explained below. Praising the Three Jewels, condemning Mūrdhaja, speaking truthfully without confusion, is happiness of mind. "Praising the Three Jewels" refers to praising the Buddha with his marks and characteristics. Praising the Dharma with the merits of the three times (past, present, and future) and the Eightfold Noble Path. Praising the Sangha with the seven stages of saints. The words of praise should be true to the merits. From "Mūr" to "Oh" refers to condemning Mūrdhaja, such as plucking hair, sleeping like a dog, dying on the edge of a sword, standing naked and eating food, etc. They consider discomfort and bad things to be comfortable and good, and truthfully condemn their doctrines, with a smile, radiant face, and without

If they argue and say, "The Three Jewels are good!", then it is considered acceptance. If they argue, are arrogant, close their eyes, have a black face, and insist that "the Dharma of silence is not entirely bad either," then their mind does not accept it. Therefore, those who do not possess these qualities should be cut off by the layperson and kept away for four months. In order to completely expel the silent ones, if there is no acceptance, do not expel them, but impose the five precepts and keep them on the edge of the Sangha for four months. The entire Sangha should take turns praising the Three Jewels and disparaging silence in the three periods of morning, noon, and evening. Within four months, as soon as they accept, they should be allowed to enter, but in order to confirm whether they truly accept, it is not wrong to keep them for four months. The Sangha should grant residence through a karma. A monk should make a request to the Sangha and perform the karma of requesting to place the layperson who has been kept on the edge of the Sangha for four months. The Sangha should give food from the Sangha's food to the one who has been placed under observation for silence for four months. The Khenpo should give clothes to the one who does not accept the clothes of the silent one from the Khenpo from whom they have taken ordination. The karma should also be given. When someone comes for ordination, ask if they are fifteen years old. If someone comes for ordination, whichever Khenpo it is, ask, "Are you fifteen years old?" Even if they are fifteen years old, if they cannot drive away crows, it is not allowed. Even if they are young, if they cannot drive away crows, or if they can drive them away but are not yet seven years old, they should not be ordained. If someone comes for ordination and is not yet fifteen years old, cannot drive away crows, or can drive them away but is not yet seven years old, they should not be ordained. Do not place more than one novice monk. One Khenpo should not place more than one attendant. If they do not wish to ordain alone, they can ordain together and have more people receive full ordination. If one or two or more people come for ordination, if it is said that they cannot be accepted by one Khenpo at the same time, then ordain them all and have those who are twenty years old receive full ordination. If they are not yet twenty years old, send them to others to be attendants. Like the remaining people, if all those who come for ordination are not yet twenty years old, then have each monk take one attendant. Do not take away their place. The Acharya who has been entrusted with the novice monk should place them.
