For example, if one vows, "I will offer this to this stupa," but something happens, it is not wrong to offer it to another stupa nearby. Except for the Great Bodhi Stupa, the Dharma Wheel Stupa, the Great Miraculous Stupa, and the Descent from Heaven Stupa, it is different for others. If one vows to make offerings to these four stupas, it is wrong to offer them to other stupas. It is not wrong to offer them in rotation among the four stupas. This is the abandonment of the vow. The abandonment of the vow is a sutra that appears in the Vinaya-vibhaṅga. Explanation of the abandonment of storage: If it exceeds the seven days of the vow, tell the bhikkhu. If the medicine is designated for seven days of consumption, then each day that passes, the bhikkhu friend should be informed. If it is not designated, then there is a fault, because it is blessed with a seven-day mantra, which is one limb. It is the same if it is held for consumption. After reciting the mantra, holding it for one's own consumption is two limbs. This refers to any of the four kinds of food, which is three limbs. It is the same if the dawn of the eighth day appears. The dawn of the eighth day appearing for these four kinds of food is four limbs. If these four limbs are complete, one will commit an abandonment offense. Just as eating undiscriminated expired food, these should also be understood here. Just as eating undiscriminated moldy food will lead to an offense, the seven-day medicine will also be abandoned if it expires. Where it is discriminated for this purpose, there is no offense. If ghee, tree oil, honey, and rock candy are discriminated, exceeding seven days will lead to an abandonment offense, and honey and rock candy will be abandoned if they expire. Ghee and tree oil, if vowed to be placed for rubbing hands and feet, do not need to be abandoned, because confessing the offense will purify it. Discrimination refers to vowing for the need of the nose and rubbing. If a donor says to a bhikkhu, "Please use these ghee and tree oil as you wish," and then the bhikkhu discriminates and places them for dripping into the nose and rubbing hands and feet, there is no fault even if they expire or are used together. This is the seven-day abandonment. The seven-day abandonment offense is a sutra that appears in the Vinaya-vibhaṅga. Abandonment is complete. Up to this point, the thirty abandonment offenses are complete. From here on, explain the ninety expiatory offenses: Regarding the Dharma and the Buddha's teachings, for what is not the Dharma of the Buddha

This applies to things that are not Dharma. Even if one knows, if one declares something as not Dharma in the Sangha and in public, it is an offense of sthulatyaya. If a bhikshu knowingly says something that is not Dharma as Dharma or something that is Dharma as not Dharma within the Sangha, it becomes a sthulatyaya of Sanghavasesa difference. There are five types of falsehood: parajika falsehood, Sanghavasesa falsehood, sthulatyaya falsehood, drinking falsehood, and dushkrta falsehood. The sthulatyaya falsehood is this sutra itself. Others will be explained later. During the Uposatha, if one is asked three times, "Are you completely pure here?" and one is aware of being impure but does not speak, it is an offense of dushkrta. During the Uposatha, if one is asked three times while reciting the Pratimoksha, "Are there any offenses?" and one conceals and does not confess while having offenses from Sanghavasesa down to dushkrta, the reciter of the Pratimoksha commits a dushkrta. These also apply to the previous two sutras. Parajika refers to parajika falsehood. Sanghavasesa refers to the Sanghavasesa falsehood of slandering and renouncing. Other actions of falsehood are. Apart from the above four falsehoods, any other falsehood knowingly committed will constitute an offense. Even while speaking, if awareness arises, it can be remedied. If one intends to speak a falsehood and begins to say "yes" to something that is not real, but stops midway, it constitutes an offense even if not completed, such as saying "There is gold here." Do not abandon vows. A bhikshu abandoning vows, only true words are credible, if other words are spoken, because they are not trusted, it is an offense of dushkrta. This is the offense of speaking falsehood. The offense of speaking falsehood comes from the Vinaya Vibhanga. Next, the offense of speaking faults is explained. The object is a bhikshu. It is not to others than bhikshus, but speaking faults to a bhikshu constitutes an offense, this is one limb. It is the same even if one cannot bear it. The divisive speech that will be explained below, if directed at a bhikshu, will also constitute an offense, but if spoken by a shramana or a householder, it does not constitute an offense. Starting from a fault, and it being true, these are two limbs. Wanting to call out. Calling out from a fault, these are three limbs. Possessing these three limbs, speaking to and calling out to a bhikshu constitutes an offense.
