It should be done again according to the Dharma. This is a request, please listen to the Sangha. Today is the fifteenth Uposatha of the Sangha, if all of us Sangha have doubts, to whom should we confess? There are no monks among us living elsewhere. One should ask the monks, namely the Sutra holders, the Vinaya holders, and the Matrika holders, to dispel doubts and uncertainties, and if no one is willing to re-commit the offenses according to the Dharma, if the time of the Sangha has come and it is permissible, please allow the Sangha. The Sangha there blesses the offenses, performs the Uposatha, and then asks the monks, namely the Sutra holders, the Vinaya holders, and the Matrika holders, to dispel doubts and uncertainties, and should re-commit the offenses according to the Dharma. This is a request. Even if there are fewer than four people, the affairs of the monastery still exist, which means that even if there are only three, two, or one monks in a monastery, they must undoubtedly complete the affairs of the monastery such as sweeping. Do not destroy the seats, which means that even if fewer than four people live there, the seats should not be destroyed for the sake of future monks. Activities such as sprinkling, sweeping, applying wet mud, setting up lion thrones, lighting lamps, and listening to the Dharma should be carried out, sitting in the highest place, and looking in all directions, which means that the monks living with fewer than four people should carry out activities such as sprinkling on the Uposatha day in their own monastery, sitting in the highest place, and looking in four directions to see if there are any future monks coming. All activities such as sprinkling should be carried out in the same order. When looking like that, if you see a monk coming, you should say: 'Hey, venerable one, come quickly, today the Sangha is holding the fifteenth Uposatha or Vassa.' Here, the text says that if only one monk lives in the mother monastery, then the person living there, at the time of the fifteenth Uposatha,
