Like that, a bhikshuni eating food that has been arranged, like that eating tsampa on the second day in a dwelling, like that dwelling and standing in a house prepared for sleeping, like that watching an army, abiding and disturbing, like that kicking, abusing, frightening, and threatening those who have taken full ordination, enjoying without confessing, making unfounded accusations, causing food to be cut off, like that walking on the road together with those who have taken full ordination, all of these are misdeeds. Regarding "eunuchs and hermaphrodites are in accordance with that," those two are actually in accordance with madness. Just as madmen and others should not be regarded as ordinary people, eunuchs and hermaphrodites should also not be regarded as ordinary people. Because the body and mind of those two should not be regarded as ordinary. The body of those two has deteriorated from the perspective of humans, so it feels like a corpse. The mind is unclear like being possessed by a demon, so it is like a patient. Food is not like that, because for food, it is possible to be regarded as a special person. The sexless one is no different from the eunuch mentioned here, so it is not mentioned separately. A deteriorated eunuch, as long as he does not begin to transform, cannot be regarded as an ordinary person. When seeking transformation, he also cannot be regarded as an ordinary person. In these trainings of contact with women, physical contact, etc., the state of eunuchs and hermaphrodites has been shown, and for that state of hermaphrodites, other sexual organs are meaningless. It has been explained that male eunuchs, female eunuchs, and incarnations among eunuchs are also the same. Therefore, this sutra was made in order to beg for clothes and so on from them. Therefore, examples of the situation at that time should be given, that is, begging for clothes from householders and wives, eunuchs and hermaphrodites, and additionally demanding from those who have lower skirts and upper garments, and demanding payment and separation from those two patrons or those two weavers, and having them weave, and increasing the weaving, and male eunuchs and...

Neuter gender, selected eunuchs, and hermaphrodites, residing and standing in a house preparing for sexual intercourse, and beating and intimidating them; Sleeping with male-to-female, female-to-male, and hermaphrodites, and sleeping with them for more than three nights, and traveling on the road with male-to-female and hermaphrodites without kinship, constitute an offense of wrong-doing. 'Touch is like worldly convention' means: physical contact should also be regarded as like worldly convention. For the precepts of worldly convention, whatever downfalls are established, should be understood in the same way here. Therefore, touching non-humans who are powerless to resist, the insane, the mentally disturbed, and those threatened by sensations, also becomes serious. Therefore, this sutra explains that touch is like worldly convention, but it is not that touch itself is like worldly convention. Just as speech and so on are well-known in worldly convention, physical contact is not like touch itself. For example, speech associated with sexual intercourse is universal speech. Respect and praise are to make people understand. Residing and standing in a house preparing for sexual intercourse is caused by hearing. But physical contact is merely experiencing the pleasure of physical contact. Therefore, this does not explain that worldly convention itself is like contact. In explaining the similarity of establishing downfalls, for the sake of worldly meaning, for example, for a woman who wants to be seduced, holding hands for the sake of worldly meaning, and embracing when seeing someone known for a long time, these are only considered acceptable behaviors in the world, therefore there is no downfall for touching in these behaviors. Therefore, for touching in these behaviors, downfalls are not established as being like worldly convention. Outsiders, renunciates, unborn, and degenerates are called 'half householders'. For the basis of these three, all the Bhikkhu's downfalls that are established are half downfalls, because they are half householders. Begging and obtaining Dharma robes and bowls from non-Buddhist ascetics, and taking more than upper and lower garments from them.
