That is the meaning. Not being one with miraculous powers is not a limb of non-touch, it is said. The so-called one with miraculous powers is the one who has the qualities of miraculous powers, and its essence is the attainment of miraculous powers. One who does not have the qualities of miraculous powers is not one with miraculous powers, and its essence is the non-attainment of miraculous powers. This is a limb of non-touch, and the so-called non-touch refers to touches that are different from the nature of non-chastity and bodily touch, namely, talking about sexual intercourse and talking with the nature of reverence and praise. What is shown here is that not being one with miraculous powers is a limb of the two Sanghavasesa that arise from talking about sexual intercourse and reverence and praise. In this regard, if a Bhikshu talks about sexual intercourse and reverence and praise, it will only constitute Sanghavasesa and will not be reproached. Apart from that, for those with miraculous powers, because the limb is incomplete, they will be reproached. For women with miraculous powers, it is not possible to deceive them because they cannot be grasped, and because strong sexual thoughts do not arise in their bodies, therefore it should be known that they are reproached. Here, the text begins from the occasion of the speech of those who are subdued, and if one speaks to a woman with miraculous powers who is transformed by means of miraculous powers, it is a gross offense. If one speaks to a woman with miraculous powers who is not transformed by means of miraculous powers, it is said to be Sanghavasesa. Touch is the same for all, for some it becomes defeat and for some it becomes Sanghavasesa. The forty-fourth section. The so-called "the nature of what is to be touched is not lost" refers to being connected with the body to be relied upon. For the case where the nature of the touch of the body to be relied upon is established as a limb, it should be known that this is a touch, an act of self, and a limb that has not been lost and has not deteriorated, because here the main thing is to experience the pleasure of bodily touch. The example here is that if one touches a limb that is damaged by wounds and diseases, etc., and has different characteristics, then for a Bhikshu, it will constitute Sanghavasesa.

It becomes a gross offense of belonging. For a bhikkhuni, it becomes a gross offense of defeat, which is its definition. If one touches someone with scabies, sores, or hemorrhoids, it is likewise a gross offense. If one touches the sexual organ of another with one's own body, then that person's sexual organ is also a gross offense. If both bodies are like that, then it is a minor offense. Embracing a castrated woman, a sexually aroused woman, a woman with a deformed body, an obese woman, a woman who has been partially eaten, a naked woman, or a woman with a scattered body is a gross offense. Here, a "woman with a scattered body" means that to the extent that it leads to the defeat of engaging in impure conduct, it should be acknowledged as being scattered into fragments. The upper body includes the head and neck, and the lower body should be understood as containing all parts. Just as here, similar to impure conduct, the limb itself has power, so a smaller part is not endowed with power. Here, because there is no contempt for the body itself, it is certainly said that gross offenses apply to castration and the like. Regarding "also doing gaga tsil," it means that even when doing gaga tsil with fingers, the act of touching has not disappeared. To follow this meaning, the word "also" is used. Here, if neither body has disappeared, there is no contempt. If one body has disappeared as described before, then doing gaga tsil is contempt. If both bodies have disappeared as described before, then for me, the contempt is even more serious. Nails, teeth, bones without flesh, and hairs are related to others, meaning that in relation to "not disappeared," it is said that "it is other." Therefore, parts that have not disappeared, such as nails, are also related to others, because it was previously said that "not disappeared," so unlike that, it is related to disappearance, and it should be understood that in doing gaga tsil and the like, just like disappearance, it is the maker of downfall. Therefore, touching them with other limbs, or touching other limbs with their limbs, and doing gaga tsil and the like, will become gross offenses and minor offenses in order.
