It is a limb. Whatever is thought of, such as women, that thought itself is a limb, and other things thought of are also limbs. Because for these two, possessing the touch of any object is primary. Therefore, if one engages in impure conduct with the woman one has thought of, it will also lead to defeat. If one mistakes another for her and engages in intercourse, it will only lead to defeat. If one thinks of a part considered a sentient being, such as the waist, and ejaculates by rubbing, it will also lead to a sanghadisesa. If one thinks of a part not considered a sentient being, such as the waist, and ejaculates by rubbing, it will also lead to a sanghadisesa. If one thinks of something not considered a sentient being, such as a pot, it will also become thick. If one confuses this thought and engages with something else not considered a sentient being, it will also become thick, similar to the previous case. Regarding untruths, the word "also" is spoken to affirm that "the listener also" is included, following the statement "it is not finished." Regarding untruths, that is, regarding the object of lying, thinking is a limb, and not thinking is also a limb. Therefore, if one lies to the listener one has thought of, it will also constitute an offense. Moreover, if one lies about the supreme dharma of humans to another listener one has not thought of, it will also lead to defeat. If one tells other lies, it will result in a sanghadisesa or a patayantika, depending on the situation. To show that all limbs can be accepted, it is said, "It is powerful." That is, regarding objects such as impure conduct and physical contact, whether male or female, if one can accept all the limbs of the partner, it is acknowledged that one is powerful in pursuing it, and therefore the offense is fully constituted. The phrase "defaming others" in the following verses is a sutra to be mastered. From here onwards, until the complete general exposition in the following sutras, such as "that which does not possess the nature of miraculous powers is a non-touching limb," etc., it should be explained by mastering the phrase "defaming others."

Furthermore, "One who does not possess many limbs is even more reprehensible," this is also a sutra to be practiced. From here down to the lower sutras, those that are not the Dharma of miraculous transformation, such as "the limb of non-touch," etc., between the general indication of completeness, in the lower sutras, one who does not possess many limbs, the words "is even more reprehensible," should be practiced and proclaimed. Among them, the object of the earliest sutra is like this, for example, touching with the body and performing impure acts, both of which, the body that touches and the body that can touch are both limbs, if the bodies of both are not damaged, then it becomes real, so there is no reprehension in that. If the body of either one of them is damaged by wounds, etc., then it is one who does not possess limbs, so it is called "other," because it is other compared to one who possesses limbs. In that other, touching with the body is a gross offense, and performing impure acts is a minor offense. The object of the later sutra is like this, for example, if the bodies of both of them are damaged by wounds, etc., then it is called one who does not possess many limbs, because it does not possess many compared to the earlier one who does not possess one limb. In that one who does not possess many, touching with the body, then the previous gross offense is even more reprehensible, then it becomes a minor offense. Performing impure acts, then the previous minor offense is even more reprehensible, then it becomes a subtle minor offense. "There are also animals among humans," meaning in the place of humans, speaking of animals, is also even more reprehensible. Thus it is proclaimed, whoever's human practitioner is a limb, for that practitioner in the birthplace of animals, reprehension is even more reprehensible, then it becomes a minor offense. For example, touching with the body together with animals, engaging in sexual intercourse, speaking, offering praise for oneself, then it becomes a minor offense. It is not like doing things such as touching with the body together with non-humans who are powerless, the reprehension then becomes a gross offense. Here, the reprehension is even more obvious.
