Touching nails, etc., with nails, etc., and performing rubbing, etc., will become minor offenses and very minor offenses in order. The so-called "human behavior is the object of speech" means that the person belonging to human behavior, this human behavior is a part of the object of speech. Thus it is said: All the offenses that rely on the object of speech, such as speaking obscene words, paying homage and praise, lying, speaking faults, slandering monks, speaking of evil places, speaking of superior human dharma, etc., all the offenses arising from these, for the beings of human behavior, are the part of the offense that is completely fulfilled. Beings belonging to other paths are despised. Thus, being born in the human realm is suitable for all speech, therefore they themselves can perfectly accomplish speech, while beings belonging to other paths cannot. Therefore, for non-humans and those without ability, physical contact and speaking obscene words, as well as paying homage and praise, are gross offenses. For matchmakers, if she is a female non-human or a male non-human, or both male and female are non-humans, therefore it is a gross offense. Begging from gods, dragons, yakshas, gandharvas, non-humans, hungry ghosts, flesh-eating ghosts, pot-shaped ghosts, decaying bodies, etc., separately begging for impure things, begging for clothes with lower skirts and empty skirts, etc., and obtaining them, engaging in sexual conduct with them with obvious signs, obtaining them through buying and selling, begging for wealth from them, teaching Dharma to women together with those learned men, agreeing with them, repeating superfluous words, speaking evil places to them, speaking superior human dharma, living with those women in secluded places, letting them do it, or eating food together for two days in their powerful residence, taking more than three bowls of food from them, begging for food from them, in their homes where they are preparing to do evil

Sitting, standing, sleeping with them in the same place for three nights, walking with them on the road, embarking on a boat together, going to their house at inappropriate times and crossing the door latch, these are all minor offenses. As for "loss of nature," even if it is a person, but loss of nature, such as madness, mental confusion, dullness due to sensation, etc., are not parts that can be spoken of. Thus, in order to make others understand, the speech of body and so on is used, but those who have lost their nature, because their clear essence has been lost, they have no awareness of action and non-action for anything that needs to be understood, therefore, it should be known that loss of nature is not a part that can be spoken of. Taking a message from an ordinary person who is a mediator, and then passing the information to an ordinary person, or passing the information back to a madman, this is a major offense, and should be understood as such. It should be known that it was said like this when meeting, for those who are not allowed, etc., if they abide in their own nature, it is a major offense. For others, it is a minor offense. Slandering without basis or with false words, for madmen, etc., it is a major offense. Engaging with non-mad people with obvious signs, engaging in buying and selling and profiting from it, speaking of their faults, interfering in their disputes, teaching the Dharma to women together with those wise people, agreeing with them, repeating superfluous words, saying unpleasant things to them, speaking of the superior qualities of humans, slandering them for being controlled to gain benefits, or for acting as friends for the benefit of others, despising their teachings, mocking or satirizing them, not listening to advice, expelling, and teaching such nuns, slandering them for teaching such people for a small amount of food, giving clothes to such nuns, making clothes, walking on the road with such nuns, embarking on a boat together, sitting and standing in secluded places with such women and nuns.
