If she becomes a Bhikshuni, then the act towards her will become the actual downfall of that act, like that. When a Bhikshuni engages in the act of rubbing the whole body, when that act reaches its end and simultaneously she becomes a Bhikshu, then the actual act towards her will become a grave offense, like that. Having made such a general statement, in order to show the distinction within it, it is said, "From the very act of the meaning of the lower category," meaning that the downfall itself belongs to the lower category, whatever its act is, that is the act of the meaning of the lower category. While doing the very act of the meaning of the lower category, if the gender changes from it, then for him, only the actual act of the lower category that he has done will arise, the remaining actual act will not arise. For example, two Bhikshus touching each other's bodies and lying down before dawn has not risen is an act of wrongdoing, from which those two become Bhikshunis, and even if dawn rises, it will only be a wrongdoing, but it will not become a downfall, like that. This is what is shown: from the act of the meaning of the higher category, if the gender changes, then the downfall of the lower category will arise, but for the act of the meaning of the lower category, if the gender changes, then the higher category will not arise, so here also, from the very act of the meaning of the lower category, if the gender changes, the actual act will also be the lower category itself. It is shown that the higher category will not arise. The phrase "what was done is that itself" is connected to the word "fault." Whatever fault was done in the state where the gender has not changed, even if the gender changes later, it is still a fault, that is the meaning of this phrase. "What was done" refers to whatever fault was done in the state where the gender had not changed before. "That is this" refers to the fact that it is still a fault even after the gender has changed later. For example, the touching of a Bhikshuni that would become a defeat, while doing that very act, he changes gender and becomes a Bhikshu, then that touching for that Bhikshu will become a grave offense belonging to the Sanghavasesa of touching the body, that is, touching the body with a male Bhikshu to experience the taste is also a grave offense of the Sanghavasesa of touching the body.

Because it is said that way. When a bhikshuni is engaging in an act that would lead to a parajika (defeat) of touching, and she changes her gender and becomes a bhikshu, then that act for that bhikshu becomes a dushkrita (misdeed) belonging to the sanghavasesha (formal meeting of the Sangha) of touching with the body, because an act that becomes a sthulatyaya (serious offense) like this is a dushkrita. When a bhikshuni is engaging in an act that would lead to a parajika of physical contact, and she changes her gender and becomes a bhikshu, then that physical contact for that bhikshu becomes a sthulatyaya belonging to unchaste conduct, because a bhikshu engaging in sexual intercourse, physical contact belongs to the parajika of unchaste conduct, so it is said to be a sthulatyaya. When a bhikshuni is engaging in an act that would lead to a parajika of concealing, and she changes her gender and becomes a bhikshu, then that concealing for that bhikshu becomes a dushkrita belonging to the patayantika (expiation) of concealing offenses, because a bhikshu concealing offenses becomes a patayantika, and a bhikshuni concealing offenses becomes a dushkrita, so when she changes her gender, since the bhikshuni who concealed the offenses and the (transformed) gender are not the same, it is said to be a dushkrita. When a bhikshuni is engaging in an act that would lead to a parajika of preventing, and she changes her gender and becomes a bhikshu, then that preventing for that bhikshu becomes a patayantika of following the expelled. When a bhikshu is uttering a patayantika of following the expelled, and he changes his gender and becomes a bhikshuni, then that following the expelled for that bhikshuni becomes a sthulatyaya belonging to the parajika of preventing, and if one follows in the manner of preventing, then it is a sthulatyaya, but if one does not follow, then it is a dushkrita. Similarly, when a bhikshu is engaging in a sanghavasesha of emitting semen, and he changes his gender and becomes a bhikshuni, then it becomes a patayantika of emitting semen. When a bhikshu is uttering a patayantika of eating repeatedly, and he changes his gender and becomes a bhikshuni, then that eating repeatedly for that bhikshuni becomes a dushkrita. When a bhikshuni is uttering a sanghavasesha of taking anything, and she changes her gender and becomes a bhikshu,
