If asked what is the reason for this? It is called "arising from the basis of disrespect," which is caused by disrespecting the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. The so-called "taking refuge in them" does not refer to the nature of ordination without individual liberation vows, but rather to the branch of taking the vows of a Bhikshu, etc., so it is in accordance with the side of the decline of vows. Disrespecting the ordination master is in accordance with the side of destroying all vows, because without a place, it is impossible to enjoy the Dharma and wealth together with those who practice pure conduct. Disrespecting the preceptor is also in accordance with breaking the previous promise of "requesting the preceptor to be my preceptor." Disrespecting the ordainer is in accordance with the side of destroying all vows. The so-called "others also ordain, and the precepts given are the same" should be understood as being the same as a Bhikshu who has broken the precepts. The precepts given should be known to be the same as a Bhikshu who has broken the precepts in all aspects. For example, if a Bhikshu engages in impure conduct, etc., he will commit Parajika and other offenses, and the same is true for the one who has been given the precepts. For example, if a Bhikshu beats or scolds another Bhikshu, causes him to regret, or expels him, etc., he will commit an offense, and similarly, if a Bhikshu does these things to the one who has been given the precepts, he will also commit an offense against the Bhikshu. For the female who has been given the precepts and the Bhikshuni, it should also be known that they are the same as each other. The so-called "also possessing incompleteness" should be understood as, the one who has been given the precepts, in the area of other Bhikshus, also possesses the status of incompleteness. The one who has been given the precepts is the same as the incomplete one in the area of other Bhikshus, but in his own area, he is the complete one, this is a summary statement. Therefore, the one who has been given the precepts, in the area of the Bhikshu, even if he accepts or gives wealth, it is allowed, even if he touches it, it will not destroy the acceptance or giving, even if he slanders him, it is a slander against the Bhikshu, and he will commit an offense.

It does not become so, and even if one sleeps with her, it becomes a downfall after three nights have passed. Speaking of the faults of a Bhikshu to her, or speaking of the superior qualities of a human, also becomes a downfall. Even repeating words that agree with her or adding extra words also becomes a downfall. Just as certain faults occur in the realm of a Bhikshu due to an individual who has not taken full ordination, similarly, those faults also occur in the realm of a Bhikshu due to an individual who has been given training. Similarly, here, in the case of a trainee in their own territory, actions such as performing the summer retreat or taking possessions become offenses, but they do not become offenses for Bhikshus who abide in their own nature, because the training is a deterioration of the ritual. A trainee in their own territory has the vows of full ordination, because all the grounds for training in full ordination must be protected like a Bhikshu. Therefore, the previous Sutra showed that a trainee is the same as a Bhikshu in terms of incurring downfalls, but this Sutra shows that they are different from other ordinary Bhikshus in the territory of other Bhikshus. The statement 'it is not so' means that another trainee is not one who possesses non-full ordination for that trainee, because their nature is the same. Here, the text says: 'Venerable one, sometimes one accumulates wealth for a Bhikshu, in three ways. What are the three? Accumulating by oneself, accumulating by a Bhikshu, and accumulating by the Sangha of Bhikshus.' 'Venerable one, sometimes one accumulates wealth for a Bhikshuni, in three ways. What are the three? Accumulating by oneself, accumulating by a Bhikshuni, and accumulating by the Sangha of Bhikshunis.' 'Venerable one, sometimes one accumulates wealth for a trainee, in four ways. What are the four? Accumulating by oneself, accumulating by a trainee, accumulating by a Bhikshu, and accumulating by the Sangha of Bhikshus.' 'Venerable one, sometimes one accumulates wealth for a female trainee.'
