If a hole is made in the wall above, if the hole is too high to see into, then there is no offense in defecating without looking inside. If one can see inside, then it is only a fault. One should not throw clods of earth at unclean places, meaning that one should not throw clods of earth, etc., on unclean ashes, and one should not scatter dust. Here, the story is that from trivial matters, the Venerable Mahakashyapa went to the nun Lotus Color, and was seen by the joy of Pundagga (place name). She quickly went and struck the nun Lotus Color with a stick, causing the Venerable Mahakashyapa's Dharma robes and alms bowl to be contaminated by unclean dust. The Blessed One therefore taught: Therefore, a nun should not defile a monk with unclean things. If she does so, she will commit a serious offense. Regarding the three offenses arising from excrement, namely: the offense of going alone outside, the offense of defecating on green grass, and the offense of defecating without looking inside the wall, these three have been explained. All the individual offenses have been completed, meaning that all one hundred and eighty individual offenses of the nun have been explained. Now: Milk, yogurt, and butter, as well as ghee, oil, whey, and honey, fish, meat, raw meat, and dried meat, these are the precepts that are given. As it is said, following the offenses, the eleven items of confession to be made separately by nuns will be explained. So, under what circumstances does begging for milk become a matter for separate confession? Therefore, it is said, begging for and drinking milk from another's house for one's own sake. From another's house, meaning from the house of a non-relative. Therefore, begging for and drinking milk for one's own sake will incur this offense. Under what circumstances? Therefore, it is said, not when one is sick. There is no offense when one is sick. When he begs, he commits a minor offense, meaning that a person who is not sick commits a minor offense when he begs. Drinking is the main thing. A sick person, whether begging or drinking, has no offense.

So, in what situations will it turn into the other nine situations that need individual confession? Therefore, yogurt, butter, ghee, oil, honey, foam of brown sugar, fish meat, meat, and dried meat, etc., are also included. The word "also" is said to trace back to the situation of taking and drinking or eating from another person's house for oneself. Each of yogurt, etc., taking and eating or drinking from another person's house for oneself, will become those faults. Here, as before, add "because of illness" and "when begging for it, there is a transgression." Taking something other than those and getting something else, there is no blame, that is, from the previously mentioned milk, etc., no matter which one, begging for something else and getting something else and eating it, there is no transgression. Saying "also for the non-giver" means adding the sentence "there is no blame for begging and getting," for begging for offerings such as milk, etc., and getting non-offerings, there is also no blame. Saying "getting from what belongs to there is also," in order to trace back "there is no blame," so the word "also" is said. Begging from what belongs to non-offerings, getting offerings such as milk, etc., and eating or drinking it, there is also no transgression. Then, if it is said that eating or drinking is the substance, how can it be said that there is no blame for getting? There is no transgression for that matter. In all cases, saying "getting" is to indicate eating and drinking, because the fruit of getting is eating, so the fruit is added to the cause, so it is said that there is no blame for getting, but it is not so for the transgressor. So, what kind of transgression will the two actions of begging and getting become? Therefore, it is said that "that itself is without transgression," that is, "that" refers to anything obtained by taking something from others, and begging as the cause of getting other things, that itself is committing a transgression. Thus instructing, anything obtained by begging for offerings and getting non-offerings, and anything begging for non-offerings by getting offerings, will become a transgression here. All the rest is begging for food to distinguish the monks.
