That which is called "not oneself" refers to those who have not received full ordination, and those who have broken their vows, etc. Whoever is not suitable to supplement the Sangha, such as laypeople, etc., even if they are nominally part of the Sangha, they are not expelled from the assembly. That which is called "for others" refers to those who have received full ordination. That which is called "for other disputes, it should be handled by those who have received full ordination" refers to other disputes of novices, etc., who have not received full ordination, it should be handled by those who have received full ordination, and they should pacify the disputes. That which is called "women should be handled by men" refers to the disputes of women, which should be pacified by men. Here, the question is, if it is a dispute of monks, can nuns resolve it? It cannot be pacified, the disputes of monks should be pacified by monks. Similarly, the disputes of nuns should also be pacified by monks. Similarly, the disputes of nuns, novices, and female novices should also be pacified by monks, it is said. That which is called "if one dies or breaks the full ordination, it is naturally pacified" refers to if one dies or breaks the full ordination, the dispute is naturally pacified. That which is called "from abandonment until becoming another aspect" refers to from what should be abandoned until changing from one side to a non-side, being in a different state, for all these situations, the dispute is naturally pacified. That which is called "if one goes elsewhere or suffers from a long-term illness" also refers to the dispute being naturally pacified. If someone asks, from death to suffering from a long-term illness, is the dispute naturally pacified? Therefore, it is said that one should give help or make effort. Giving help refers to the speaker, effort refers to the content of the discussion, these two are either both done or one of them is done. Here, the scripture regarding breaking vows, etc., is that if the venerable ones have any of the four disputes, and with the seven dharmas for pacifying disputes,
