Therefore, the so-called "presenting to other sanghas with elders and Pratimoksha vows" means that the one concealing the dispute should present the dispute to other sanghas with elders and Pratimoksha vows. The so-called "narrating what happened before and presenting within three months" means that the one concealing the dispute should first narrate the beginning and end of what happened to other sanghas with elders and Pratimoksha vows, and then present the dispute within three months. The mantra for it is: Please listen, venerable sangha. This dispute, in a place called such and such, arose from a person called such and such, due to a reason called such and such, and has been going on for so long. If this dispute is presented to mediators, the mediators also cannot pacify it; if they present it to the sangha, the sangha also cannot pacify it; if the sangha appoints wise bhikshus, the wise bhikshus also cannot pacify it; if they appoint bhikshus who are wise among the wise, the bhikshus who are wise among the wise also cannot pacify it; if they present it to the wise, and the wise then present it to the sangha, the sangha appoints me, a bhikshu named so-and-so, to pacify this matter. I, the bhikshu concealing the dispute, named so-and-so, present this dispute to the sangha with elders and Pratimoksha vows. Please, venerable sangha, pacify this dispute within three months. That is what is said. The so-called "that is it" means that the act of presenting is the one concealing the dispute, and this sutra is said in order to summarize all these presentations. The so-called "when it is returned, he should give it to those who hold the sutras, the Vinaya, and the Matrika" means that when the sangha with elders and Pratimoksha vows fails to pacify the dispute and returns it to the bhikshu concealing the dispute, the bhikshu concealing the dispute should present the dispute to those who hold the sutras, etc. The so-called "six months" means narrating what happened before

And add the phrase "to be pacified within six months." The mantra here is: O venerable ones, please listen, holders of the Sutra Pitaka, holders of the Vinaya Pitaka, and holders of the Mother Tantras. This dispute arose in such and such a place, because of such and such a person and such and such a name, and has lasted for this long. If this dispute is submitted to mediators, the mediators are unable to pacify it; if they submit it to the Sangha, the Sangha is unable to pacify it; if the Sangha appoints wise monks, the wise monks are unable to pacify it; if they appoint the wiser of the wise monks, those wiser monks are unable to pacify it; if they submit the matter to the wise, and the wise submit it to the monks, the Sangha appoints me, a monk named so-and-so, to conceal the dispute. I, the monk who conceals the dispute, named so-and-so, submit this dispute to the Sangha with elders and keeping the Pratimoksha vows, for a period of three months. However, the Sangha with elders and keeping the Pratimoksha vows is unable to pacify this dispute. Therefore, they give it back to me, the concealer of the dispute named so-and-so. I, the concealer of the dispute named so-and-so, submit this dispute to the holders of the Sutra Pitaka, the holders of the Vinaya Pitaka, and the holders of the Mother Tantras. Please, holders of the Sutra Pitaka, holders of the Vinaya Pitaka, and holders of the Mother Tantras, pacify this dispute within six months. They said thus. The so-called "giving it to the powerful elder" means: the holders of the Sutra Pitaka, the holders of the Vinaya Pitaka, and the holders of the Mother Tantras return the dispute, it should be given to the one who is more famous than the famous abbot, more principal than the principal one. The so-called "without end" means telling about the past, and the phrase "pacify in a time without end" should be added. Because there is no other place, here it relies on immeasurable time. The mantra here is: Please listen, elders. This dispute arose in such and such a place, because of such and such a person.

O, so-called, and so-and-so by name, this has been going on for this long because of this matter. If this dispute is presented to the arbitrators, the arbitrators will not be able to pacify it. They presented it to the Sangha, and the Sangha was also unable to pacify it. If the Sangha appoints clear-minded monks, the clear-minded monks will not be able to pacify it. They appointed even clearer-minded monks from among the clear-minded monks, but those even clearer-minded monks were also unable to pacify it. They reported to the Sangha from among the clear-minded ones, and the Sangha appointed a monk named so-and-so to conceal the dispute. I, the monk named so-and-so who conceals the dispute, presented this dispute to the Sangha with the elders and with the Pratimoksha, until the end of three months, but they were also unable to pacify it. They told me, the monk named so-and-so who conceals the dispute. I, the monk named so-and-so who conceals the dispute, presented this dispute to those who uphold the Sutras, those who uphold the Vinaya, and those who uphold the Matrikas, until the end of six months, but they were also unable to pacify it. They told me, the monk named so-and-so who conceals the dispute. I, the monk named so-and-so who conceals the dispute, presented this dispute to the elders. I request the elders to pacify this dispute until the end. That's what they said. So, how should the elders deal with those two who should be tamed? Therefore, he should say to them that they should give up anything that belongs to them, even a little bit, including toothpicks and mouthwash. The elders should keep them away from the following actions: standing together, sitting together, walking together, and talking and speaking. These should also be added to "they should give up." If they follow them, they should say to them: Venerable ones, you have become monks in the well-spoken Dharma and Vinaya, but you have become fighters, fault-finders, disputers, and antagonists.
